I won't go to ANY Tim Hortons anymore. The staff are always horrible. Either they don't understand you or you can't understand them. They get the orders wrong more often than not and some of the staff are rude and pushy and don't listen. They interrupt you as you order and I've had a simple tea order made wrong many times. I order a peppermint tea 3x3 and they'll leave out the milk or sugar and sometimes BOTH!! It's tea, not hard to make. Because of these things, I've quit going. I'll make my own drinks at home or go to Starbucks.

This is my first time writing a review, but couple of days ago, I ordered at this store, and the young lady with glasses who served me was really kind and patient. I ordered a small coffee, double-double, and was surprised by how quickly she made it. I also asked a bunch of questions about the breakfast menu, and she patiently explained everything to me. She was very positive, and even though I took a long time to look at the menu, she remained patient and kept smiling. Overall, the staff here are very welcoming, and I will definitely stop by again. Great service!

I’m very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. I had to wait almost half an hour just to be served, and the staff didn’t seem to care about moving the line faster. On top of that, many of them are rude and dismissive. Even when I specifically asked for fresh tea, they did not provide it.
What’s even more concerning is that some employees were working with their hair left open, which is definitely not allowed in food courts and is a serious hygiene issue. This kind of service and lack of standards makes the whole experience very unpleasant.

The staff seemed disinterested and more focused on their own conversations than on serving customers. Orders were prepared carelessly, and there was a general lack of attention to detail.

I used to treat myself once or twice a week to a coffee and a donut. They never get my coffee DD right any more. It spoils it for me. If you can't get my simple coffee right... Boycotted

I came in yesterday with my 10-year-old son and let him place the order while I went to find a table. A blonde guy and a lady with darker hair were at the counter, and they were both so kind and patient with him. Not only did they help him through his order, but they also surprised him by giving him a donut on the house. It completely made his week! He hasn’t stopped talking about how nice they were!

Great Staff on today. Very pleasant and helpful when i was trying to use the app. Scan and pay was fast once she showed me.
Went to Park Place mall. Ordered a Bacon BELT at Tim Hortons. Got home and noticed when I opened it, that only half was there. Got sick after eating what was there with food poisoning. I have pictures, and I refuse to download the app. Talked to the GM Ben, and he refused to help or make things right. They don't care about customers. Not recommended anyone eat here.
I stopped by the Tim Hortons at Park Place in Lethbridge and ordered a Sparkling Orange with “less ice,” but what I got was practically half ice and barely any drink. When I brought it up, the staff didn’t apologize or try to fix it—just an indifferent shrug. Between the overloaded ice and the unapologetic attitude, the whole experience felt rushed and uncaring. Definitely not going back until they improve their service.
Ordered a couple of days ago and the young girl with a mole on her face is not following safety regulations. After taking my order, she picked up a lid from the ground and used it for my coffee, not only that, she also touched the drinking hole without washing her hands. Absolutely disgusting. She stated that they just “mopped the floor”… that doesn’t mean that the floor is clean.
I ordered a black decaf coffee a while back right before my shift at work. There was this young lady working at the front named Francis or Frances and she did not have proper training. She barely smiled, extremely slow, glared at me, almost gave me the wrong kind of coffee, and did not even bother to inform me that they ran out of decaf or I had to wait for the decaf to finish brewing. I watched her pour the original coffee into the cup and told her that I wanted a decaf coffee. She did not bother to say sorry and proceeded to give me a dirty look. I watched her go take another lady’s order and proceeded to make her coffee. This did not bother me at first because I assumed that she was going to make the coffees at the same time as it is more time sufficient. But after 4 minutes I still did not receive my decaf coffee. I asked her where my coffee was and she told me that it would take another couple of minutes and that they were making a fresh pot. Yes, I do understand that it does take time to brew coffee, but why did she not tell me before I payed for my order? I was already running late, and in my part I do take blame for not coming earlier, but Tim Hortons is a company known for its fast services, so I figured that one cup of coffee wont even take a minute to make. I also do know that Tim Hortons strives to have excellent costumer service and this was not a clear example of that. You guys need to train this girl properly, or preferably send her at the back to do something else since she can not seem to handle costumer service very well. Her attitude also needs to change, glaring at me was not necessary I was merely pointing out that she was making a mistake, and I just wanted my order to be made correctly. When I finally got my coffee, she just gave it to me, with no sorry for the inconvenience, or even a sorry for the wait. Terrible service…
