The food was great we had the all you can eat riblings. But the entire time we were there, four boys (they were the age of men, but not the maturity) were extremely loud and annoying and throwing their food every where. I was sitting a couple tables down and I got hit with a bunch of rib bones. The waitresses didn't do anything about it. When we left we saw a massive pile of food under our table (soooo disgusting). All in all the waitresses did a bad job, our food took an hour to get to us, they didn't refill our drinks once. And they tried to up charge us for everything. NEVER GO HERE FOR FOOD!!!!!

Worst ever, burnt brisket, waitress had to do separate orders for drinks, food and person paying. If the 15 % wasn't mandatory (?) for over six people they would have gotten an invoice for reverse tip.

If the food were half as good as the service, I'd still be hungry.

The 2 course combo for $18 is any two of 2 soups, 3 salads, and the sandwich of the day. Today was a beef dip. I got the sandwich and a potato soup, and the soup was lovely, albeit a touch small. However, the sandwich was two wafer thin pucks of heavily compressed and burnt roast beef on an overly large and dry roll, served with a pittance of an au jus in a miniscule plastic cup.

I will not be returning.

I placed an order. There were problems with the order. I called them to discuss my experience and they put me on hold. After 15 mins on hold I was asked if I can wait a bit longer. 1 hour and 10 mins later the manager came on and I asked do you know how long I was on hold? She said well we asked if you would hold … I was aghast but I let it go. Told her about the quality of the meal and she had the nerve to argue that what I experienced, AND TOOK PHOTOS OF that I was lying. She was speaking aggressively at me and said “ YOU ARE NOT MY PRIORITY”. Ok I will present this review everywhere I am able. Most reputable restaurants would not ever leave a Customer on hold for over an hour, then accuse me of not telling the truth and then saying I am, as a paying customer, “not a priority”!

FOLKS really consider if you can trust this restaurant with your well being and your well earned money.
