Went here for the first time a few days ago. The staff were non existing for most of the time. We waited to order for way too long. During that time we saw a waitress check on the same table twice and walk past us. Finally, someone came over and asked if we have ordered which we hadn't. The ribs were pretty good, my steak was pretty adverage and the baked potato was really so basic. The waitress who checked if we wanted refills had smoke on her breath and breathed into my man's face. He is a smoker and he even found it super gross, maybe dont be so close to people when theyvare eating. Very unprofessional and seems like it was everyone's first day. Really dissatisfied as the price didn't really match the experience. I am from Australia and it's the first time I've gone out to dinner, super disappointed ?

The team worked together to ensure a flawless dining experience. Atmosphere and service are exceptional, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, foods are outstanding. I tried the Original back ribs full rack, I was impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Angela and Katie are so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our experience was awful, my dish came out wrong so they fixed that which took longer than it should have, we waited well over 15 minutes after mine and my husbands food came out for my daughters meal, and the only reason they noticed was because I flagged down our waiter to tell him hers hadn’t come out yet. She’s two so by the time her meal came out she was already tired of sitting at the table and was asking to go. My root beer glass sat empty almost the whole meal and I was never offered a refill, our waiter never checked on us throughout the main meal (he checked on us once right after we got the appetizer). My baked potato tasted like it was mostly butter and when mentioned to our server he told us that he’s had that complaint before. We were there celebrating an anniversary so intended to get dessert but wasn’t asked if we wanted to order dessert. Would not go back.

We stayed in the holiday inn and came for dinner on august 24 Our server was Anna .She is a professional lady and very good at her job. She gave us amazing service.The food was all tasty and fresh.Everything was so wonderful. I recommend this restaurant to anyone Thank you Anna and Tony Romas for a wonderful family dinner we came back for breakfast and had the pleasure of having Katie omg she is a beauty a gem. You should be proud of her and her professional service. . She was such a delight in the morning we were so impressed the breakfast was amazing and we loved her warm personality with the kids. I hope one day she becomes your team leader to pass her qualifications to other staff thank you Tony Romas
Tony Roma's is not what it used to be . The hardest part for me was the booth that we were sitting in was so dirty and who wants to eat with seeing dirty seating. I just couldn't even enjoy the food with how many dirty finger prints on the seats.i won't be coming back anytime soon service is just okay.

So we had a terrible experience with waiter Ian! First he was very arrogant coming in you already before he even served us we got a terrible vibe. Rude slow as hell. Nose up in the air! That’s even before our food came to the table. We tip based on waiter friendly ness and service! I whispered to my husband no tip off the bat! Sorry! Anyways going forward we are charged under cover service fees per recite had no idea about. Which is fine but arrogant Ian made sure to make statements on how it’s “industry policy” his performance was terrible. Sorry but we go by performance! Anyways lesson learned. We will not be back to this location. Much better places with incredible people who love doing what they do that actually deserve to be tipped!!! Food also was over cooked for the steaks of two (my husband and son) but hey Ian deserved the tip didn’t he!! ??♀️

Oliver and the rest of the staff have been fantastic and the service is great. Every time I eat here I feel like I'm having a home cooked meal which is perfect when staying in a hotel for a while
Personally, I feel that they scraped off the wrong sauce and poured the right sauce on the riblets, and it caused an awful, disgusting taste.
As I mentioned today is tuesday, so it's all you can eat riblets. After being there for thirty minutes, I still was not even offered a second helping. Not to mention, I didn't finish the first hopping because of how horrible they tasted.
I then went to the front counter to wait for my bill. So then I could pay and that took another 10 minutes before. I was even acknowledged.
I could have easily walked out and not paid for anything. I just feel overall, very disappointed. I will not be returning to this location!
