The price was horribly high. The food was mushy and not even close to what I was supposed to get in the picture and they gave me a child size soda for two bucks. We’ll never go back! And they wanted to charge me an extra 18% if they brought it up to my room in the hotel, which they serve. Ridiculous

Came in for breakfast during our stay for a hockey tournament. We asked the staff if they could open an hour early for us so we could watch the Gold medal Men’s hockey game and they did!! We were a huge group and the staff was excellent. Only a couple minor mix ups but the manager was quick to apologise and make it right. Food was good and the restaurant was clean. Thank u for all the hard work!

Came for all you can eat….. rib refills are two very small racks for the riblings. They only bring two racks at a time and then you need to order more which takes 15 mins. No one came to the table to ask about drink refills.
Ribs tasted good but takes too long to get more and you don’t get enough.

I took girlfriend there for her birthday supper and the food was good as always but the service was kinda shitty I had said 2 or 3 times it was her birthday I spent $248 and they couldn’t even bother to bring her out a little peace of cake no happy birthday nothing they where sure glad that I paid a $248 food bill. So personally I think the service sucked and I wouldn’t take anyone else there for a birthday suppers. I’ll be honest I may not ever go back sorry.

Paid for fish and chips and jambalaya pasta as a pickup order. Did not get chips or coleslaw with order. Phoned to complain and was put on hold for over half an hour. Worst experience ever. Will never go back or order from there again. Have been loyal customers for over 25 years.

We made a reservation for 12 (6 adults, 6 children) ahead of time and confirmed it the day of. When we arrived, the restaurant was less than half full.
We waited 25 minutes after being seated to have our drink order taken. The waiter wanted to come back for our food order but we insisted he take it all because we’d already had 25 minutes to look at the menu.
The kids were given 3 crayons to share between them.
It took another 20 minutes to get our drinks (2 waters, 3 wines, 1 Caesar and some juice and pop for the kids) and I got a white when I ordered a red. The 2 year old was given an open whine goblet cup for his juice when all of the “big kids” got covered
We then waited another 30 minutes for food. The steaks came out first, the kids food came out last. The kid who ordered a hot dog got his food last and had already eaten everyone else’s supper by the time it arrived.
We were never offered additional drinks and had to flag down a waitress for a refill.
Thankfully, the kids were all well-behaved and patient but it was crazy to have to wait an hour and a half for food and receive such terrible service when the restaurant was not even full.

What started out as a very negative takeout experience from a trusted place I love to eat from all over Canada turned out to be a blessing in disguise with the manager Mimi she turned a negative situation into a positive experience and keeps up the heritage of what Tony Romo is all about. I highly recommend going to the store and asking for Mimi let her know Ricardo sent you and you want the same amazing experience that you gave me. Sorry for all the drama and thank you for being my new friend in Lethbridge 🙏🏽

I stayed the attached hotel as I had work in town. I had breakfast a Tony Romas. I order the Cheese omelet. It was very good. I was hoping for a rib meat omelet but they didn’t offer that. The food was very good the service was fast and it was fairly quiet as I was there first thing in the morning.

The food was cold fatty and tasteless. I expressed this to this man that was maybe a host or something. He was odd no customer service skills. No I'm sorry or can I fix it. I got i will tell the kitchen. I haven't eaten at Tony Romas is years. This place seems to be cutting corners. Cheap water salt gravy and the worst fatty ribs. Save your money go elsewhere for ribs
