The 2 course combo for $18 is any two of 2 soups, 3 salads, and the sandwich of the day. Today was a beef dip. I got the sandwich and a potato soup, and the soup was lovely, albeit a touch small. However, the sandwich was two wafer thin pucks of heavily compressed and burnt roast beef on an overly large and dry roll, served with a pittance of an au jus in a miniscule plastic cup.
I will not be returning.

I placed an order. There were problems with the order. I called them to discuss my experience and they put me on hold. After 15 mins on hold I was asked if I can wait a bit longer. 1 hour and 10 mins later the manager came on and I asked do you know how long I was on hold? She said well we asked if you would hold … I was aghast but I let it go. Told her about the quality of the meal and she had the nerve to argue that what I experienced, AND TOOK PHOTOS OF that I was lying. She was speaking aggressively at me and said “ YOU ARE NOT MY PRIORITY”. Ok I will present this review everywhere I am able. Most reputable restaurants would not ever leave a Customer on hold for over an hour, then accuse me of not telling the truth and then saying I am, as a paying customer, “not a priority”!
FOLKS really consider if you can trust this restaurant with your well being and your well earned money.

Horrible! Over half hour to be served in a virtually empty restaurant So called pulled chicken sandwich was like eating bobs of bar be air sauce over sawdust that is how over cooked and burnt the chicken was. Terrible service and food. Would not recommend or ever go back.

We order from here every now and then. Today we ordered for pick up. When the order was wrong we asked for a remake and they refused. We brought back the wrong part of the order untouched, full, not a single bite taken and they only offered to reheat it since “the box was still warm so” despite the order being WRONG. We didn’t even bring back the chicken strips that were over done and tasted like they’d turned (partly because we didn’t know yet when the other order was already brought back). Though I’m sure they’d still say “we can only reheat them, not remake because the box is warm” or the fact that one of them had a bite taken out of it and spit back out in the box because it was that bad. Manager was unhelpful, she stood by the “reheating only” offer. No refunds, bad food, and wrong order. Never eating here again, and I hope the manager gets fired as a fellow manager of a food service store because she is NOT providing good service or good food to customers. Incredibly rude and unhelpful.
I was afraid to order the world's famous onion, thinking it would be greasy. It was amazing, very tasty, and not greasy. We shared the full rack of ribs between 2 people, and the portion was very large. After sharing an appie and the ribs we had, we both left with full bellies and lots left on the plate as the portion was large.

15% for 6 ppl and over 2 adults and 4 children 10yrs and under i find that ridiculous. I can see when it's 12 or 15 or more but even then it's more customers

The size of the steak they served me was 2 inches wide × 3 inches long and 1/4 inch thick.
I am very disappointed. I posted pictures. That's it. STEAK SANDWICH with fries and gravy. What a rip off.
