I stayed the attached hotel as I had work in town. I had breakfast a Tony Romas. I order the Cheese omelet. It was very good. I was hoping for a rib meat omelet but they didn’t offer that. The food was very good the service was fast and it was fairly quiet as I was there first thing in the morning.

The food was cold fatty and tasteless. I expressed this to this man that was maybe a host or something. He was odd no customer service skills. No I'm sorry or can I fix it. I got i will tell the kitchen. I haven't eaten at Tony Romas is years. This place seems to be cutting corners. Cheap water salt gravy and the worst fatty ribs. Save your money go elsewhere for ribs

Was there with a large group Oct 5. The onion appetizer was good but the rest between my wife and I was terrible. I ordered the striploin steak which I'm sure was 42$, the waitress started to move on to the next order without hearing how I wanted it cooked so I stopped her and told her med rare. It arrived Grey all the way through and was a low grade of beef. My wife had salmon and it was completely dried out. Poor quality but beyond that a 10 year old could prepare it better. It's a shame really because I'm sure that other franchise may do better but that is my last visit to any Tony's.

Went specifically for the rib night as I wanted to try each flavor. They were all good! One in particular was my favorite. Sadly the ribs themselves were a bit overcook and dry in spots. Service was ok. Place was quite dead even with what should be a great location at prime time dinner hour.

They no longer give any condiments without charging other than ketchup. I just turned away a burger because they wanted to charge me for mayonnaise or BBQ sauce. They used to bring out four and you could practically drink the stuff. Now they want payment to use any of the flavours. They apparently haven't had mustard in weeks. They told their manager and nothing has changed. When I asked why the sauces all cost money now. From mayonnaise and mustard to barbeque sauces that used to be included. I was told they have the follow the rules set by their manager. Who is not there, only a supervisor who can't give any sauces unless they're paid for. On a dry burger with no sauce at all.
