We have been ordering their calzones for years and love them. Today we decided to try a pizza and what a huge mistake. We ordered the Louis' Special and the pizzza had nothing to do with the picture on their website (see picture). I even went back to ask if I got the right pizza and they said yes. It looked very uninspired and boy was it small. The website does not give any option for sizing and the one you end up getting is the "small" pizza. It tasted okayish but c'mon... the small pizza should be called mini or individual, don't know, maybe even "joke size". It is comically small and we can't help but feel we got ripped off. Well, back to ordering only calzones as they are truly delicious. The pizza... well... never again.

Terrible service!! We were the only ones in the restaurant and I wasn’t offered a drink refill at all! They messed up our pizza order and didn’t offer a discount. Food is good, not great but good. For the price you pay, it’s time to get the staff trained properly.

It was our first time at the restaurant! Absolutely delicious. We ordered the Detroit deep dish pizza - hot honey, basil, onion and tomato. Honestly it was perfect. We didn't know what to expect and were really happy with what we got. Perfectly portioned for two. Crispy cheese on the outside, soft and fluffy dough on the inside.Our server lovely. The service was good albeit slow, because she was busy!The atmosphere is underwhelming - but people were having an awesome time.

The food was seriously so good! But the price for a medium meat pizza was $30.00 and a medium was more like a small... I'll give you credit, the pizza was so good and made with good ingredients but 8 slices for a medium? Yikes. We spent $70 on all the food and it really wasn't much.

Greek salad is the best I have had in a long time. Cheese toast is done the way it should be, very good, Pizza I would rate as one of the top 3 in lethbridge, bottom is a little wet, should leave it in a touch longer to make it more crispy. Price point is on the higher side but decent portions. Wine selection is very limited for an Italian place.Tried again and lasagna was great, Greek salad was very good and calzone was great, but the online ordering gives you a different price, you should either fix your menu or honour the online price not just give your customer a different priceTried again and salad and lasagna were good but tried the deep dish for $28 and to my surprise only 6 peices. Looked online and at menu and doesn't state only 6 peices anywhere. It was a good pie but not at that price.and still different prices online vs actual bill.

Walked in and Grumpy guy owner-employee not sure..seemed overwhelmed and with a gruff pointed to our table …” OVER THERE! ”. Nice greeting NOT..wow. Poor customer service. Food is way overpriced and quality was poor. I thought for the price we would get a good quality pizza. I’ve had much better in other places in Lethbridge. The 5.00 dollar pizzas at big box store equivalent to what we got. Just very poor quality pizza! Not returning ! The girls were working hard to keep up so I did offer our waitress a great tip. Disappointed in the food!Offering a one star at best !
