They have mice and jacked prices. Also probably the worst fries I've had in my life.

A 25 minute wait every time.

The food from the main market “good vibes grill” has given multiple people food poisoning by including myself. The fries are dry, and the meat is always questionable, either burnt or raw. The lettuce on any of the food is always brown. The other places that are offered during the week are never good either, with no seasoning and again giving food poisoning like it’s no other. The good in the fridges such as premade salads and sandwiches are almost always brown, again food poisoning from those. The pricing is also ridiculously inflated, forcing those who have to rely on eating there (such as student on campus, as first years are forced to buy a meal plan) to spend way more than value. No way should a bacon cheeseburger cost almost $12, and don’t bother asking for extra anything on it, you won’t get that. Overall just terrible. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would.

Poor food quality and issues when ordering from the mobile app. Orders from the app have been incorrect and lack quality. Do NOT waste your money here (unfortunately first year students have no choice due to the mandatory meal plan imposed by the university) if I could give it zero stars I would.

Eventually you get sick of finding hairs in overpriced stale food and eating expiring produce, so you become a Subway warrior. Shout out to that Subway just down the hall from this place, for real.

Consistently disappointing and borderline worrying

I'm giving Urban five stars because in the year I have been in Lethbridge they have clearly been working hard and have improved the food immensely. The service is incredible. Most days I was too occupied to cook three meals and so I would go in for food daily on the meal plan. At the start of the year it was a bit hit-or-miss but now the food is consistently appetizing and good! They have made strides in the food and the employees all work very hard. Five-stars!

I want to start out by saying that the staff are wonderful and I understand that you are overworked and underpaid. HOWEVER, how is it that by living at the uni we are forced into a very expensive meal plan that has granted me nothing but food poisoning and after class disappointment?? The frustration I have received from this place is wild and yes I should just look elsewhere for food but there is nothing else, it’s never open (subway is, but my pickup order has been stolen right off the tray or it is fifteen minutes late). As well why is it that during exam week, the time when we would need nutrition most, the actual food menu (Kwana Kwana I think?) posted is not available at all? I understand there are burgers and wrap’s available at all time but I have gotten sick many times from the wraps and it is not at all sustainable for students to chow on nothing but burgers day after day. I have been served raw chicken, chicken that’s was rock solid (why??), and pork that was ice cold and blue. So I moved off meat for a while and looked for vegetarian options. Turns out, to eat healthier and avoid scurvy it costs almost twice as much. A tub of wet fruit for 9 dollars?? I cannot live off of samosas forever they provide very little protein and nutrition and I appreciate that we have any food at all but if the meal plan is to suck so terribly why are we forced into it?

Bitter about this place. You're better off spending your money at Tim's or Starbucks. Supper is usually $17+ for one person. The food itself is fine (they fixed the food poisoning, from my testing lol) but the value is atrocious. If you aren't on a meal plan, you can literally get 4x the food at superstore for the same price, save yourself and go anywhere but here. Lots of independent restaurants in the Students' Union. I like uleth but they gotta fix up their food situation.

I used to work on oil rigs. I had better food in work camps which is impressive considering this place has the exact same provider. Never eat here unless you're truly desperate. Over priced work camp

Just the worst food :/ Super high price for low quality. I wish they would change everything about this place.

I was warned not to eat here, but it was midterms and I had nowhere else to go as everything else was closed and I had an exam later. So I ordered their pizza by the slice, chicken Alfredo. I now have food poisoning and I'll admit the food was horrible, but I needed something before my exam. I'm just glad I didn't wait to take my last midterms and did them all before this place made me ill.

The food is decent for the price, but what I can't stand is the management. They mistreat their staff and supervisor, absolutely horrendous attitudes.

It's decent for what you get, if your looking for a fast meal between classes it fills you up. Nothing too amazing when it comes to quality but it's

you think a 2 star overall reviews would prompt the company to finally replace the terrible management. But the same old broad is at it, mistreating her staff & robbing students.DO NOT EAT HERE, use your meal plans at dominos or something. The only way to change this place is boycott it until they’re forced to hire better management!!!
