Dined at CIBO for the first time this evening. Got the Gnocchi Gorgonzola - fabulous! Hot, fresh, tasted great, and was well worth the high-ish price. Nice, friendly service as well. However, the wait for the food was a little bit long and dining by the exit door was cold (they leave the interior 'storm door' open and the winter mat on the ground is too thick to be able to close it). But overall, good experience, good food, and interesting dining concept - will return!!
