Unfortunately this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Bacon wrapped perogies come out thrown on a plate with a few flakes of parmesan and green onions. Not really a thought of presentation or freshness. Then we got the tropical tacos with shrimp. It’s impossible to eat because it’s a pile of wet salad on top of a hard flat tortilla so I had to break it up like a salad. The tacos had no flavour- it’s basically wet greens with wet, unseasoned, pre-cooked shrimp with half a teaspoon of some pre packaged avocado paste. Waitress was okay but when we go to pay she peers over your shoulder to make sure you tip which was odd. The icing on the cake was the AC was broken so they have 10 fans around blowing hot air on you the whole meal. I thought when they gave the bill she would have taken some funds off for sweating the whole time in 30 degree heat and being disappointed with my meal but this didn’t happen. Unfortunately we will not be returning and I left starving after spending a ton of money.
We enjoyed our meal very much. The service was excellent...very friendly and efficient staff.
We had a wonderful time at a private function this evening. Our server Andrew was incredible. Super fun and attentive!!
So incredibly hot upstairs. Good food and service though.
I did not like this place, Everybody very aggressive
The food was very good. We felt a bit rushed where dishes were being cleared away while others at the table were still eating. Also, appetizers were not finished when main courses came out.
Our server was very friendly and accommodating.
Everything was delicious. Only complaint was the red wine was very very warm. We had to ask for ice cubes to cool it down
Decent restaurant. The service was fantastic, but I was expecting a bit more wow from the food. Not bad but not memorable.
Good service and nice set up here with a good view of Lethbridge… recommended
So hot in there! Really took away from the experience.

Absolutely amazing service and the food was delicious with very generous portions. Thank you
The view was nice which is the only good thing out of the evening. Restaurant was empty, we came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, first and last time we will eat there. First the food items we came for were not available, we were going to leave but my daughter convinced me to stay. I ordered the New York strip and my daughter had the Cordon Blue. My steak was cold (like ice) which I sent back. Waitress took it back and came back over 5 minutes later and asked if I wanted a new steak.. When I got it back it was burnt and you could only taste that. It was so bad, I think they just tried to recoil the original steak. The waitress even knew it was bad..she offered us free dessert which once we saw the dessert menu we declined. The items on their website were not even on the dessert menu. She insisted we have dessert and if we didn’t she would pack us each of her choice. We never saw that waitress again, apparently she went on a break (not sure why since there was only one other table and it was not hers). She was nice and did keep apologizing. We know it was not her fault. The meal should have been removed from bill conceding I could not eat it. I will say my daughter did enjoy the Cordon Blue but next day she has not gotten off the toilet..not saying it was the food but….
Went last night for a meal with my husband. He had a Caesar salad to start and I had a bour-schetta (apologies if I butchered the word). His salad was crisp with a good amount of parmesan and a lemon wedge: mine was very tasty- I love a combination of balsamic glaze with fresh herbed tomatoes on a bread and the taste of these was awesome. Our appetizers went in hand with a beer, and a chocolate martini.
He had fish and chips, and I had chicken cordon bleu. His was very tasty, good tarter, good crisp to the batter. His only complaint was the fish was bordering on rubbery which, is easy to happen to battered fish. The flavor however, was good. The cordon bleu was excellent: the chicken was hot, tender, juicy, with a crisp crumb surrounding it. The truffle mushroom sauce had excellent savory flavor, and the veggies were perfectly al dente, and hot. My only complaint on my dish were the potatoes were bordering towards cold, so I feel they were likely plated prematurely. What saved them was the hot sauce poured over. But again, the flavor of the potatoes was still good.
As far as atmosphere goes, our server was quick, pleasant, and very mannerly. (Serving myself over my husband first, for example.) He was not loud or implementing too much of himself when he came around, which I personally really like in wait staff. I wish I could remember his name to give him due credit but I know it started with a B, and he was serving us on the casual floor, around 5:30 pm on 5/18/25. Hopefully this positive credit finds him!
The music was kept at a more quiet level, which I like, and although they were popular songs, they were lounge covers. So I wasn't wanting to leave from the music.
Seating in there is not the greatest. The chairs are mismatched, oversized, and don't feel great to sit in. They're not chairs you expect to dine in. At first we requested a high bar table, which we then asked to move after about 45 seconds of sitting to a regular height table, because the high bar table sat at armpit level. And all the tables are round and come across kind of small. A focus on more functional, comfortable and solid seating should be considered and then there would likely be room for adequately sized tables. (Keep in mind this is a review for the casual floor).
Temperature-wise, it did feel a little drafty and cool, so neither of us shed off our jackets. I would not have been comfortable in less than what I was wearing, (jeans and a light jacket) but the case might be different when it's not a cool and rainy day.
Overall out visit to the Water Tower was pleasant enough, and I will eat here again.
Good vibes. Andrew is the best. Recommend checking it out! Lhen was very accommodating and moved us to the private area for our wedding party.
I had an incredible dining experience! The ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection-juicy, flavorful, and tender. Every bite was delicious and clearly made with care. What really made the evening stand out, though, was the phenomenal service from Andrew. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-notch food and outstanding service!
