Jay is an excellent server, very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Food was 4/5 good, a little warm upstairs with no real AC but a nice evening.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The restaurant itself wasn’t in great condition—there appeared to be a leak that looked only half repaired—which already set the tone. Our coffees were cold and so bad we couldn’t drink them, and that’s saying something because we’ve had some pretty bad coffee before.

The food, unfortunately, was worse. The rice was instant and over-watered until it was mush, and the shrimp was overcooked. My husband’s meal wasn’t terrible, but it was still overdone and closer to fast-food quality than what we expect at this price point. The vegetables were fine, though the sauce could have used more flavour (that’s just nitpicking). Ironically, my daughter’s food ended up being the highlight—her burger tasted good, and the fries were decent, though it was obvious they’d just been tossed back into the fryer to warm up.

All in all, we won’t be returning. When we spend that kind of money at a restaurant of this type, we expect real quality. What we got instead was less than mediocre. Stop cutting corners—use real ingredients and cook them properly.

We had reservations this evening (Friday) for dinner. The table was set up for us beautifully and we were greeted by our wonderful server Jay. He was very attentive and brought my toddler a small pack of playdough to play with right away. We were apprehensive about bringing my son however Jay checked in very frequently and was so engaging. He even made him an origami boat after my son asked for a boat. It was so comforting as a mother to have such a wonderful, kind and helpful waiter. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We will be back for the excellent service. Please give Jay our thanks. That man deserves a raise. Highly recommend

We had our intimate wedding at Water Tower Grill and Bar, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the warm atmosphere made our special day unforgettable.

A special thank you to Manager Lhen Dolojan Roca for her incredible support and guidance. She went above and beyond to make our vision a reality — even allowing us to use the entire restaurant for our pictorial, which made our photos even more beautiful and memorable.

Water Tower has been go to place for special meals for my family. The food was (mostly) quite good but ambiance and service were off to what we usually have. (Please take crispy potatoes off the menu - they are disgusting! looking and tasting)The waiter was very nice but mixed up orders and did not seem focused - the restaurant was not busy so not sure why. AC was not working so there were fans placed throughout the restaurant. The atmosphere was not as special as it usually is.

We met a friend for dinner and it was our first time at this casual restaurant.
The space is pleasant and the menu had lots of things that we would order. We chose three items from the tapas menu that I would rate as four out of five stars and when ordering the wine they didn’t have a wine that was on their menu so we settled for something similar which was quite good.
The issue was the server. She wasn’t around when needed and did the absolute minimum. When we arrived at 7:30 it was admittedly busy but when it calmed down shortly after that she wasn’t around.
I would go back, but not if I had that server.

An elevated ;) experience with plenty of options that are delicious and fulfilling. I always order the Peppercorn New York which is cooked to perfection. I recommend the truffle mashed potatoes for the side. There are plenty of other side options too.

The host, wait staff and chefs are wonderful and accommodating.

If you’re looking for a place to celebrate any milestones, have a date night, or to simply eat in style, I highly recommend this place.

we had guest staying with us from UK and decided to take them for a nice meal at the Water Tower. It was the worst meal that I had ever tasted. There were 6 of us and every meal was just awful. The steaks were cremated as was the sweet corn and seasonal veg, the Salmon was also over done and burnt. Tomahawk chops were dry. My lamb tasted off and was raw, the ladies Filet again was over cooked to within an inch of its life. We did complain and absolutely no satisfaction from the staff, oh! just a free desert on a $500.00 bill. Well, never again it was awful and disappointing.
