Interior is closed for renovations, mobile app allows orders for dine in, they claim they can not give you a refund if you order on the app and you will be forced to eat in your car.
Fix your app, put signage up that is visible from the Visions parking lot that the store is under renovations.
I left Visions looking for a sit down meal and instead got to a locked door with my credit card already charged, then had to go back to Visions get in my car, get in a drive thru line, be denied a refund at the speaker, and forced to eat in my cold car instead of being able to dine in somewhere else actually open!
Also, similar happened to me at the Scenic location a week ago when I ordered dine in and they closed inside over 30 minutes early.

My wife and I ate here yesterday, and we were so happy with how clean the place was, especially compared to other places we've been to. I’m a big fan of their Frosty and the spicy chicken wrap—it’s always my go-to! Definitely ordering the same thing next time.

Hi don't usually do this but I have had too the last couple days. Went through Wendys drive through today had a coupon for 2 spicy chicken combos. No big deal . I always check the bag to make sure it is all there When I got home and opened up the packages two single burgers. Which was wrapped in the chicken wrapping home is 25 minutes away. What does a guy have to do start opening the package before you leave. Called them 6 times no one will answer the phone. So Wendy's you suck

This afternoon i ordered for 3 large fries and 2 chili cheese fries. Fries were extremely undercooked. Thats why my 2 year old son cant hardly chew the fries . I Also i ordered for 2 Spicy chicken burger. I asked for no bun but with extra lettuce and they only gave me one tiny piece of lettuce. I tried to call the store right away but no one’s taking up my call. I spent almost 50 dollars for a waste of food and time . Never going to order from this store .

Went there before 10:30am and the manager refused to take our order and said the breakfast is closed. Awful??Ended up going somewhere else.
Its a little slow and they seem busy on the drive-thru for the most part but their food is good and their drinks is also good.

Slowest place ever. While waiting for my food, no less than 4 people returned their food to the counter because their oder was wrong. Took 15 minutes to get my order.

A big shout out to Manager Dusty! The pop machine in the restaurant was having some issues with no ice and co2. Dusty dumped our warm and flat drinks and filled them up in the drive through area. My son also requested a Crayola purple crayon in his kids meal and Dusty opened a new box to get my son the purple crayon. You made my son so happy today, a big thank you!!

This evening me and my friend were there and ordered a Coke Zero with our meals as my friend is diabetic and can not drink sugar, they said no we have no coke products available. So we said that was fine and inquired if there was any sugar free options, they told us all there drink options where unavailable expect orange pibb or strawberry lemonade. Well that’s two options we both ended up getting water.. oh well but then we pull to the window and say we were paying in cash the lady rolled her eyes and continued holding out the debit machine, I tried to say cash again as I held out the bill and she just said it’s easier to use the machine. Which is fine I asked if they didn’t take cash anymore when I pulled to the next window after paying with card and they said they did? Then we got our food our orders were wrong and the fries were cold. Huge roast hopefully others had a better experience then we did
