Received the wrong order and no receipt was given to me so I couldn’t go a fix the situation. Felt extremely rushed in an empty drive through, could not understand a word the person said to me even after asking for clarification many times.(felt like my order wasn’t heard at all) the person also kept speaking overtop of me. The food was fine even though it wasn’t what I ordered. Will definitely be driving to another location next time for my Wendys cravings.

This restaurant has become a joke! The folks talking your order don't listen to you, you get random food missing and the pop machine is always out of flavors. Scenic wendys or the new one on 5th and Mayor Magrath are 100 times better all around!

Interior is closed for renovations, mobile app allows orders for dine in, they claim they can not give you a refund if you order on the app and you will be forced to eat in your car.
Fix your app, put signage up that is visible from the Visions parking lot that the store is under renovations.
I left Visions looking for a sit down meal and instead got to a locked door with my credit card already charged, then had to go back to Visions get in my car, get in a drive thru line, be denied a refund at the speaker, and forced to eat in my cold car instead of being able to dine in somewhere else actually open!
Also, similar happened to me at the Scenic location a week ago when I ordered dine in and they closed inside over 30 minutes early.
