Fantastic little gem. Loved to food. I had a pizza and was probably the best I have ever had. The server and possibly the owner was amazing and super friendly. We also had the peanut butter pie which was delicious. We will definitely be coming back
This place was great! We were passing by and stopped for lunch. We had excellent service by the nicest and friendliest server that I have ever met. The food was great. The portions were big. It was a great find.

Drove an hour to country cousins to enjoy the Glums Wareniki and a cream pie only to find out that they are under new ownership and no longer server them or any Mennonite food. Very disappointed. Food was okay but nothing special. Will not recommend them or go there any more.

The peanut butter pie used to be my favourite a few years ago and now it’s just vanilla pudding with the peanut butter crumbled on top 😭😭 💔
Literally amazing! We live about 20mins away and wanted to go somewhere new for a date night so we decided to try Country Cousins on Friday night. It's a super cute little restaurant, has a very welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. They're sweet tea is absolutely delicious, the steaks were amazing (very tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned), you could tell the vegetables were fresh (possibly local? But way better than our local restaurants frozen veggies), the staff was also very good with our baby girl. We will definitely be making the drive to come here often 😅 we look forward to trying the pizza and pasta in the future! The only thing I will say is I wish they had better highchairs as the ones they had didn't have trays or any sort of support for slipping (like a belt or crotch peice) and were too low for our baby to reach the table. Other than that it was a great experience!

Nice place, looks like traditional little town restaurant, perfect to meet with old friends, I was there to get something quickly and I got it... not many options in Lindale, but was surprising, I would come back.
