Staff is nice. But they try to reinvent the wheel when making subs...... and i just find it awkward. Always add the lettuce last! That way when you add sauces it stays somewhat in place and not just migrate to one edge. Also stop removing the white parchment paper while wrapping subs! Its functional and helps add strength and also keeps the sandwich together during transport and handling, quite often I get back to hotel and the outer wrapping is already soggy and broke up and everything inside just looks like a mess
