Food is awesome. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are fresh and crispy, and there's a great selection especially for the price point. I found the cashier a bit taciturn, and the decor of the restaurant is very dated. Additionally I think some upholstery staples from my chair were poking me, but since I was in Mayerthorpe on my way home to Edmonton from Grand Prairie, I wasn't exactly expecting a fine dining experience. I got a great fast casual burger, and the food more than made up for everything else.

Coming from edmonton to grande prairie, saw the sign, we love burger baron in edmonton and there is not many left so we thought we would stop and glad we did. Very clean resteraunt, friendly staff. Love the old arcade games kids loved it too. Have to say the food was amazing. The barons in edmonton can learn a thing or two from this establishment. The poutine has real fresh mozzarella and not curds. The buns were thick and fresh. This is a place I would frequent if I lived close by. Was upset to see a for sale sign in the window because this place is wonderful.

This was a road side visit for us. The prices are very high and do not match food quality. Example would be $25.99 for fish and chips or 6.99 for a burger that comes with nothing but you can add a side for an equator higher cost to the burger.
Fries were not seasoned, nor was the fried chicken.
