We ordered french vanilla capp, chai, and a couple of other things. After we left, the french vanilla tasted absolutely horrible. It tasted like complete chemical. It was so gross so we called the store to let them know. The guy who picked up was not very kind and was arrogant. Telling us we can go back and they can replace it but not in a kind and understanding way. The delivery was more of a daring tone. The way my husband spoke to the guy was very professional and just letting them know that it tasted like chemical and not drinkable if they want to test it and avoid getting served to other people if the machine was not flushed properly. The guy's response took us by surprise. We were not expecting such an arrogant take.
Also, I ordered oat milk for my drink which was offered on the kiosk when we ordered. When I had my drink, it was creamier that I stopped drinking right away. My family knows I have to stay away from that much dairy on a full drink. My husband and son tasted it and said it is definitely milk and not oat as oat is significantly less creamy. We will never ever be returning to this branch.

Had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The coffee was delicious, the Bagel BELT sandwich was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was fast, smooth, and absolutely satisfying. Definitely coming back!
