Just needed a quick bite on the way and I keep doing this over and over and never learn. Everything bagel toasted with butter. The bagel is toasted but cold with un-melted slices of butter inside. I get that the food is not fresh but at least microwave the bagel longer to be warm. The staff here was nice enough to heated up more but this is Head office issue as it happens all over the country.
