Have been ordering Chinese food most of the summer here. Really great. Today got pizza, got home. And was disgusted. The absolutely WORST pie I’ve EVER paid for. Burnt, not edible and cold. Not only that- 3 pops and a pizza ran me 40$.
I was absolutely appalled when I called back to let them know that the food was burnt and the lady was extremely rude and sounded frustrated with me. She told me “do whatever you want, we’re busy”. And hung up!!!!
In a small village like Milo with awful customer service, high prices and food quality such as this - you won’t be busy for long.
It would have been so easy to make things right by making a new one and I would have driven back to get it. Easy fix and would have been much more kind as well. I get things happen, but just attempt to hear out your customers and make it right.
I will definitely not be returning. Ever. And I will also share my experiences when others ask about the restaurant.

Came here with high hopes. Ordered an ice cream and beef dip sandwich on take out. Our server seemed as if she may have been on some “stimulants” food took well over half an hour to come out. The ice cream was served to me without the lady wearying any sort of gloves or even holding the cone with a napkin directly after wiping down counter tops with a dirty rag and licking her finger to turn the page on her note pad. The ice cream was 6$ tiny and thrown out immediately. Too worried about the cleanliness after the ice cream incident to eat the take out. Out here for work. Will not be bringing the crew back.

Considering that I live in the big city and the town of Milo has a population of 100 people, my review is probably unfair. It may be the only Chinese restaurant within a 100km radius, we were hungry and this was the closest restaurant. Just letting you know.. it took over an hour to get our food. Which wasn't great but it was edible. Would have been better of buying a sandwich... or driving back to the city considering the wait time.

My husband has an Alberta certified service dog and we need a stop in 4 bathrooms and a quick bite. They were Unsure about the dog at first but very good at listening and understanding that it was a medical need. Food was great and they had a really good AC. Bathrooms were good. We will go agai.

Personally, this is a great place to go if your hanging out with friends. Me and my buddies each of us ranging from the age of 14-15 come here to sit talk and eat, overall for a short staffed family runned operation the service is great, there is a great variety of food and the atmosphere is amazing.
