I apologize if I remember the name wrong....Carlito, that works here was absolutely amazing! This is the type of service I wish every business had. I am not from the area but we stopped in for a quick bite with our two Littles. He honestly went above and beyond with his kindness, service and even though there was an error on our order and I said it was okay, he insisted to fix it.
This gentleman is a keeper and I hope he is being paid right! You need to keep him! I would totally hire him as a face of my business.

We like to eat out once a week which has led us to try almost all the restaurants Morinville has to offer.
This location offers fresh delicious hamburgers, crispy fries, frosted mug (if you eat in), neat and organized condiment area. Bathrooms are also very clean. Zero time wasted when ordering food and one of the best, if not the best customer services. They even offer mints after your meal is done. Nice touch.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Jonathon, for his outstanding service. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is top tier. He’s professional, friendly, and really sets the standard for customer service.
On top of that, the restaurant is always spotless—from the dining area to the counters and even the washrooms. You can tell there’s pride in keeping the place clean and welcoming. It makes a big difference and keeps me coming back.
