I got a sandwich from them this morning and it was so disgusting. It was like dripping grease like there was it was disgusting I threw it away. I even had a hash brown that was full of grease. It was really gross like just dripping, I would rather go to Tim Hortons . I’m very disappointed in this you go for breakfast and then you have to pay for your breakfast that you don’t even eat it’s disgusting. And to top it off, the staff is not very friendly at all, and you feel very rushed

As a patron of A&W for many years, I have never in four decades had a worse experience at an A&W.We had stopped in to have a late lunch at the Morinville A&W and ordered a Mozza combo and two mamma burgers - all three of which came with dried out patties that were obviously cooked in advance some time earlier.My mozza burger though - which is one of my favorite burgers at the chain was terrible. A tiny chunk of lettuce - a small green tomato and literally a half piece of mozza cheese. Politely I went up to the counter and the 5 kids under 18 working there and asked if they could take another shot at this one as it wasn't very good.A few minutes later, this kid brings me out a mozza burger absolutely saturated in pink sauce and is completely in edible - Im sure they though it was rather funny I suppose.I tried to scrape off the sauce but it was impossible and I realized that I was fighting a losing battle with the staff and not an adult or manager to be seen. This occurred around 3:15 on Thursday, November 2nd - hopefully the owner / manager can cross reference the staff on hand. The taller young fellow and the girl helping him were fine - the three boys in the kitchen were the problem.The owner of this franchise should be horrified at what we experienced today. If this franchise was the norm for the company they'd be in bankruptcy.Brutal, brutal brutal.

I think they must have new management since we have really noticed a large improvement in service.
$14 for a teen burger, onion rings and pop. Teen burger had no tomato not at request and the onion rings came in a pack of 5 so saturated in oil the coating was detached. I get inflation but why when Inflation increases prices, service declines. Disgusting. Fid I take the rings back? Yes. Did they make it right? Yes. Should they have gone out in the order to begin either? Hard no. Do better staff at A&W Morinville.

Terrible service, three times in a row the drive in forgot my dips.Love the chicken strips tho...Still don't make up for the service sucking.

The food is still good here, but the prices have gone way up and in weird ways. Like for some reason combos don't include drinks anymore? Or atleast not with the breakfast menu. That's the only way I can explain it costing me $2 more to get a medium orange juice with my breakfast.Parking: Lots of parking, but half the parking lot is almost unusable

Seemed very annoyed when confirming breakfast sandwich is on English muffins instead of hamburger bun. When giving order, bread selection was not confirmed.Just an uneasy feeling that something unpleasant was going to be to my order.I know dealing with the general public is not always easy, to be clear order was not returned. Just confirming that order was what I wanted right after order was taken.
