We dined at Boston Pizza in Morinville to enjoy the January Pasta event. My husband and I both ordered specialty pasta. We also had the stuffed mozzarella sticks. We were greeted as soon as we arrived into the lounge by Maria. She was very friendly and hospitable. I would recommend this Boston Pizza to my family and friends. Keep up the great work!

Came in with some friends to grab lunch, it was 1pm. We sat bar side, sat at our table for 20minutes before a server came and gave us menus. Sat for another 15 minutes waiting for our drink order to be taken. Left after 40 minutes of sitting with no service. Place wasn’t even busy there was 4 other people in the bar side.

This is the 2nd time we have come to eat here, the first time was so bad we left (several tables who had come in after us got their order taken and food brought to them and no one had taken our order)
The good: - Our server tried his best, he was friendly, but it was just him trying to serve the place half packed. - Our server got them to take 25% off and didn't charge for kids drinks.
The bad: Appetizer was soggy. Food took a while and was meh. Table wasn't cleared as we ate. Drinks not topped up.
Drive the extra 15 minutes and go to St Albert

Ordered through skip, tacos came half empty, 1 piece of chicken, and lettuce that taste like bagged fridge. Chipotle sauce disgusting, which I've never seen on the tacos before.

I ordered delivery for ravioli and spaghetti and this cost me $60 and I got 8 ravioli pieces and double that amount of spaghetti, which was absolutely crap. I will never order from them again, it so wasn’t worth the cost.

Terrible customer service, wife ordered food and a hour and half later still no food, the manager was super rude and she didn't care kept saying it's not there problem, we go to this Boston pizza quite a bit and this will be the last time we go here, we will also not recommend to anyone to go here as again the manager was super rude didn't care about our food or offer any refund or anything. If I could give less stars I would.
