I have always tried to support this Dairy Queen vs the St. Albert ones but now I will be avoiding this one. While most of the staff seem pleasant the owner is extremely rude to customers. Also, all cakes were not labeled properly. No best before day, no nutrition facts or ingredients list.
RUDE!!!
Last night I had the WORST customer service experience! We walked into your store at 8:06pm and were ignored by 4 staff members, not including the kitchen staff. One women was bagging food at the front counter and didn’t speak a word to us. If looking to use a coupon with barcode on phone from app apparently they don’t have a scanner to scan it
(Was planning on using for the $5 off coupon but wasn’t able to very disappointing 👎🏻 definitely won’t be buying a cake from there again
