RUDE!!! Last night I had the WORST customer service experience! We walked into your store at 8:06pm and were ignored by 4 staff members, not including the kitchen staff. One women was bagging food at the front counter and didn’t speak a word to us. When she was gone bagging we took our order, food and ice cream and didn’t say anything about closing (the door did say open till 9pm) gave us our first order of food and said nothing, then when I went to get the ice cream I was told verbatim “I’ll have to ask you to leave, it’s after 8” I said excuse me? “Yes you need to leave” I asked if I could let me children eat, and was told no and we needed to leave over and over. I will never spend another penny there. AVOID THIS RUDE BUSINESS

Rude staff, ignored right off the bat, the. Took our order and did say anything about time, gave us our food and told us to leave because they were closed. At 8:06pm. Doors say till 9. And they were very rude about it. We had two kids with us trying to eat and demanded to leave

I LOVE Dairy Queen 🍦👍! My go-to order is the Backyard Burger 🍔 with onion rings - it's my absolute fave 😍! Only thing that bugs me is when I get a coupon for a Sunday, they say I can only use it at the stamped location 📍🤔... like, come on, it's all DQ, right? 🤑 Make it make sense! 😂

06/04/25 5PM - everything was hot and fresh this time and staff was super friendly.

Young kids earning their wage and working hard. Genuinely cheerful and happy . Food is great, 🍨 Ice cream is too. Been here couple of times and I always get fresh chicken strips and fries !!

Called this Dairy Queen location to say I would just like to ask that you guys please stop giving people these really bad straws that don’t work and all I got was attitude and you can take it to corporate not knowing that I know exactly how a franchise works and the franchisees themselves can make decisions uncertain products to treat me like that is just asinine and ignorance, and I will no longer be shopping at this location ever again due to their rudeness and inability to go yeah I understand how long a complaint nope I’ll pass the buck onto corporate stay away from this place not worth spending your money

Went to this Dairy Queen to get 2 meals, the one chicken burger the lady said it would take 6 minutes and they would bring us our food, almost 20 minutes goes by and we hear a guy in the back say the foods been waiting for 10 minutes, they bought it to our table and it was cold, everyone in the back was just fooling around and also swearing, won't be going back to this Dairy Queen that's for sure as there service is terrible.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD THERE THEY DON'T CLEAN THEIR TOOLS AND SUPPLIES AND ON TOP OF THE THAT I SAW A MONKEY DANCING IN THE BATHROOM TOILET AND! the ice cream is fine

Ordered a crispy chicken and got a burger with onion rings, garlic sauce, bbq sauce, and mozzarella would not recommend.

The food was typical Dairy Queen on the ice cream is always delicious staff is very friendly

Ate there last night (March 24, 2025) Never had problems here before... but tonight now my family and I have gotten violently sick. Both ends going. Disappointed to say the least.
