Morinville Alberta , the manager physically hit a lady for complaining over a wrong order .. sure enough the receipt inside the bag did not match the lady’s order or her payment type . Poor customer treated so terrible . I really hope the head office does something , I will also share my experience with the general public and warn any one I see there
They do not pay attention when filling orders. Be careful, you will pay for things that you will not receive. I paid for 12 tenders and only got 6. Like they aren't expensive enough...thank you for ripping me off $12. The food was good but when you do not get what you paid for it is pointless to order from there, it is like just throwing money away.
Picked up a poutine yesterday for lunch and had food poisoning from it. Cannot keep food down and in excruciating pain for more than 24 hours. Will never eat here again. I never write negative review but I’ve also never had this experience before.
