Tried to order through the app for pick up. Wouldn’t let me pay at pick up. So tried to pay for the order at the till wouldn’t let me buy the meal we wanted because it is only available on the app. So I was forced to pay for a more expensive meal at the till or pay with a credit card (which I did not want to do).

This is the 2nd time I’ve been here with nothing but issues both times.

Chicken was super greasy. Fries were actually pretty good same with the gravy. Service was very bad. Waited 15 minutes before someone finally came to the till to take our order. Unless you have lots of time on your hands then I guess you can wait. Won’t be coming back here any time soon. The guy that was in the drive through waited waaay longer for his food. Poor guy.

I had such a wonderful experience at KFC Morinville! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d hope for from KFC, but what really stood out was the amazing service.
The manager, Karen, deserves a special mention. She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcome and taken care of. You can tell she really cares about her team and the people who walk through the door. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly make this location shine.
It’s not often you find a fast-food restaurant where you feel valued as a customer, but at this KFC, that’s exactly the experience you get. Thank you Karen and the team for setting such a high standard—you’ve definitely made me a loyal customer!

Was just there ordered a famous chicken sandwich with a deluxe. The chicken wasn’t even fully cooked. It was hard and rubbery like one would expect for raw chicken. I will NEVER be eating here again. The outside of the chicken wasn’t even crispy. It was soggy worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from any KFC and I’ve eaten at some bad KFC’s.

Absolutely terrible quality, possibly the worst kfc I've ever had. This location used to be the great, but the quality has dropped so far in the last year I'll never go back.
