Tried to order through the app for pick up. Wouldn’t let me pay at pick up. So tried to pay for the order at the till wouldn’t let me buy the meal we wanted because it is only available on the app. So I was forced to pay for a more expensive meal at the till or pay with a credit card (which I did not want to do).
This is the 2nd time I’ve been here with nothing but issues both times.

Waited in line for 25mins .then they said it would be 35/40 minutes for chicken. .This is the first and last time..am sure am going to head office.
KFC never fails to impress! The food was fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and a special thanks to Shruti for making the experience even more delightful with her warm hospitality. She truly added a personal touch that made our visit memorable.

Chicken was super greasy. Fries were actually pretty good same with the gravy. Service was very bad. Waited 15 minutes before someone finally came to the till to take our order. Unless you have lots of time on your hands then I guess you can wait. Won’t be coming back here any time soon. The guy that was in the drive through waited waaay longer for his food. Poor guy.
