Fast service but not that friendly, every time I go there no one is at the front, and when someone is coming to help I ask for a few minutes to look at the menu but feel the pressure to order right away and chickens is very greasy but the wings are very good.

Ordered ahead of time, drove to the pickup window and waited for another ten minutes just to discover they haven't even started my order yet. Failed to even acknowledge my presence. Piss poor service and a complete waste of my time. I was so disappointed I left empty handed and will never go there again.

Manager physically hit my wife , followed her out to her car and off of the side walk which is illegal to do with a male employee who then both decided to corner my wife and attack her . This is truthfully unacceptable . This establishment needs to be shut down immediately and resold to a more capable owner who can hire employees who know rights and wrongs .

This location is SO neglectful and their staff has zero accountability. The supervisor will literally assault you for telling her she made a mistake and will continue to assault you even after you start recording the incident. Do better KFC.

Morinville Alberta , the manager physically hit a lady for complaining over a wrong order .. sure enough the receipt inside the bag did not match the lady’s order or her payment type . Poor customer treated so terrible . I really hope the head office does something , I will also share my experience with the general public and warn any one I see there

Few things are wrong. Check your order There's a good chance it's wrong. Overcooked or Under cook. It's just real bad Location.

Every time you choose delivery you get the worst order and food ever. It's like they don't care because they won't see you or care about you after. Wrong spaces and it looked like the sandwiches have been stepped on. The chicken strips are so small because they don't give a hoot for their delivery. Always have to warm it up because it's so cold, you can tell it just sits on the counter there for ever. This KFC has fallen really far sadly. Service is alright when going through drive-through, but some cashiers don't know certain food items(where they are on the machine) so it makes it really hard and inconsistent on ordering. It's sad because it's a local business and would be nice to support. But when the employees don't care, soon the customers won't

They do not pay attention when filling orders. Be careful, you will pay for things that you will not receive. I paid for 12 tenders and only got 6. Like they aren't expensive enough...thank you for ripping me off $12. The food was good but when you do not get what you paid for it is pointless to order from there, it is like just throwing money away.
