Orderd a bacon and egg mc muffin coffee and a cranberry muffin got my coffee and muffin from a guy who has horrible customer service skills. Anyways I was told to move up to the next window as My full order wasn't ready.after sitting another 10 minutes and watching other customers get served that had come behind me.i asked why are they served first .Lady manager said because they pulled around the corner lol??? Service has always been behind the other McDonald's I've been to but today was a bit frustrating!!!@

We were doing some work in St Albert but stayed in Morinville. We had breakfast almost everyday here, and sometimes dinner also, people are very kind and always have a nice smile. Food is always good, the only thing I miss are the old French fries, as the new ones taste like Kleenex, no flavour at all, it doesn’t even smell like McDonalds anymore.

Tried the big Arch it was a huge burger. Definitely recommend

Me and my mum and grandmother went here today and we're a picky bunch and very scatterbrained but the lady taking our order, i think her name was Juliane? She was very very patient with us as we changed our minds multiple times, especially my grandmother! Very good experience, i hope God blesses that woman who took our order.

There’s always inconsistency in what you’re going to get especially when it comes to something that’s simple where one day I get the breakfast sandwich for one price the next day I get it for another then all of a sudden the third day I’m paying the promotional price. I always go to McDonald’s because of consistency and what I don’t get a consistency in service or in price.

they sell you old nuggets. they just drop them into the fryer again to reheat them, but then they're absolutely overcooked and dry. Can't recommend. will never come back to this place. DQ is way better quality
