Staff isn't friendly and almost seem indifferent to whether they're even there or not. Quite a few times over the last year they were closed before midnight even though they still took orders on the app & advertised open 24 hours.The food is what it is for McDonald's, a hit or a miss. Nothing spectacular unless someone is paying attention to the french fries.Since changing their coffee supplier I now only order coffee from there & the mini donuts are really good when fresh.The inside of the restaurant is usually tidy but the bathrooms usually need extra attention.

Constantly getting our order wrong. Skip the dishes deliver and it's either cold, small portion or wrong. Tonight we ordered Mc Flurries and my husband's was only half full. Also I had a piece of plastic in my Mc Flurry once. Tonight was their final chance.

The hours of this place need to be updated. Hours show they are open untill 11, however I stopped in at 9:50pm and the doors were locked. Seriously disappointed. Went through the drivethrough wich was open, however the food was less than desirable.

Generally the interior is dirty, but even more upsetting they have messed our order up 3 times consecutively, not to mention EVERY fries container has been less than half full. Been decent last couple years, but over the last 4 months has declined to the point we are starting to grab food in St. Albert on our way, just so we can get what we actually order. Even better, the phone is disconnected, and it takes 15 minutes to dispute this in store as no one pays any attention to customers inside.

Excellent place! Staff is so friendly and it’s clean there and I always get help! Only problem is, since I don’t do drive thrus or go inside I do online where I park at the spot and they bring it right out. It’s supposed to be faster, but every-time for 10 times I’ve done it it takes 15-20 minutes :/ I know they have drive thru and customers and may be busy I totally understand that I’ve worked retail and plus they half to make it/cook the food and have it ready but that amount of time waiting all the time is a lot :( it’s okay I appreciate the hard work. It also helps me get points on the app when I do this and sometimes we have anxiety to go in or we need a wheelchair, or we can’t speak or not wanting to get others sick and if we need somewhere to be then we do this so it’s faster for a quick grab but it’s never actually convenient to these people or fast…

Brought our food out and carefully checked it against the receipt.When we spilled a milkshake they replaced it happily and cleaned it up thoroughly and quickly with a smile. Manager and staff were wonderful.

the "night manager" of this location is rudeI placed an online mobile order at 11pm for which I had to pay for before at the time of order,when I arrived I gave them my code, and pulled ahead like instructedwhen I got to the window he told me I had to pay again, but I had already paidso I opened my bank app to prove I had paid and he refused to give me my order saying I needed to pay again and go back to my bank for a refund of the 2nd amtI asked for a manager and he said he was the manager and refused to give me the order unless I paid a 2nd timehe ws incredibly rude and was treating me like I was stealing from himit was literally just a large fries and happy mealthey need to retrain their management staff on how to be more polite
