The pizza dough is gross🤢🤮🤮. I eat all the time in city edmonton and they have really good dough for the pizza so the Morinville the dough just too gross look like a big cookie defrost from a micro wave. Why so different from city? Someones need to wake up there, something wrong with this place.

First time trying pizza hut, Easy to order online, not enough sauce or cheese, mushrooms were a bit burned and it had no flavour to it. Only good thing about it was the crust.

My pizza wasn't as ordered, boneless bites didn't have enough sauce to even cover them. Quality has really gone downhill, disappointing.

Very disappointed with the pizza received. They had a very minimal amount of sauce, just enough to colour the dough. The toppings were minimal. The amount of toppings on the whole pizza was equivalent to what other locations put on three slices. Definately won't go back!
Ordered Triple Treat box, 2nd cinnabon dessert, and cheesy pullaparts. Didn't receive 2nd dessert so had to wait for them to actually make it. Ordered pan pizza, received regular dough, no proper packaging - just thrown in boxes. NO offer of a free dessert for the mistake and extra wait time. NO apologies just excuses for the mistakes. This was horrible and will NOT use this location again.They need to get some customer service training and learn to read an order!

Was not impressed with my order of burning hot wings. Got bites instead. When I called, they told me that was the only way they come. Funny how several weeks we ordered burning hot wings and we got them. Pretty expensive for bites......Will never order from pizza hut again.Also it would be nice to order from someone who speaks English.
