Fantastic service for my husband and I’s drive-thru order today. A mistake was made on the order and promptly corrected, with no issues. Delicious food as always. The guys working today were great!

The milkshake is a practical joke! Its delicious. Then they give you this little itty bitty straw to try, and I do mean try, to suck it up. You will increase you lung capacity by 3 points! At least its a plastic straw so it does not self destruct in 5 sips....

Food is great when they're not closed early. Twice I've shown up 20-30 minutes before they're supposed to be closed, the neon open and drive thru open signs were on but the drive thru was blocked, the door was locked and the employees inside told me they were closed. On top of that, if you try calling in advance it gives you an automated voice saying they're open and to go to the store but no option to talk to someone. What's the point of updating your hours on Google when they're not followed.

Two young women were making our meal and it was wrong when we got home they made 2 donairs for us and got one very wrong tomato allergy and they add tomato after being told not to So disappointing I live in Morinville and use to order regularly but not anymore on weekends this place is terrible and could have made me very sick myself and my family will NEVER order again 😡

We have never eaten inside but have had take out and been through the drive through. The pizza, calzones and donairs are fantastic. Highly recommended

Attempted to place and order and pay online but our payment details weren't being processed, and because of this issue we attempted to call in to place our order like the old fashioned way. Our call was answered by an automated system that stated they don't accept orders by phone. This inability to actually place an order through the website and by phone caused us to change our order to Domino's instead (a lower quality alternative).
I know that the food at Sal's is amazing because I've eaten from there many times while working, but by not being convenient in taking our money without having to go in, it lost them a sale. Unless the payment processing on their website works in the future, they will probably lose future sales from the impression that was left by this incident. It is very unfortunate and kind of pains me to say as I wanted to support a local business.
The food is amazing! I do have to ding the service rating from our experience as it isn't out of the question to expect orders to be taken over the phone for take out, even in this day and age.
