Don't get tomatoes tonight. I informed the staff that I saw moldy tomatoes on their line and he just picked them out, when he should have tossed that insert and replaced it with fresh ones. So gross. On top of having to go to Sobeys to get a tomato for my sandwich, I showed the employee the coupon I wanted to use prior to ordering and asked if it was okay but when it was time to pay I was then told it was only an online deal even though nowhere did it say that in the app and defeated the reason I asked about it ahead of time

We don't eat out often. We decided to partake in National cookie day Dec. 4th and take advantage of their offer of a free footlong cookie with purchase if a footlong sub. This store is so petty they only give one cookie per "guest/order" So if I place another order then will we get another cookie for each of us? They say absolutely not. So I got my daughter a sandwich so she could have a cookie but my wife and I did not eat there we will eat at home and will not be returning. Subway Canada's promotion is a free cookie with the purchase of a footlong sub...so if I buy 3 footlong subs I should receive 3 footlong cookies as per the promotion. They print out a peice of paper to break the bad news for the clients. Empty restaurant with 4 people working. Cost of cookies is far less than the order that would have been placed. I'm blown away!
