This is the second time we came here. Ordered chocolate . Paid, and then told us they were out. So we asked for a refund. They refused. Asked to call their boss. They refused. The staff here need to be properly trained. This is abosoluty atrocious. Update. After half an hour of waiting we were told the boss, at-home has issued us a refund. And we should get our 6.50 in 5 to 7 business days? Serious you could not just open the till and give cash and call it done? I will never go to this place again and I will forever recommend otherti avoid avoid avoid

Their ice cream has yet to disappoint our family and their sizing vs price is well worth the stop. For $12 both my son and I got to enjoy delicious ice cream in a waffle cone with more than enough to share with others.
Amazing staff and customer service. Especially when a toddler is yelling out his order constantly when they are working at filling a customers order. The girl who was helping today was cheerful and polite and most of all patient.
Thanks for another great ice cream date Ice Hut! We will for sure be back many times this summer ❤️

I absolutely love taking my kids to the Ice Hut at the end of a hot day! It's such a fun & delicious summer tradition. There are many different flavors, the ice cream is SO good, and the portion sizes are huge. The new little "hut" they've built is so adorable, there is a huge grassy area and picnic benches with umbrellas for people to sit and enjoy. Ample parking at the back. I love the way the new owners have re-branded and I hope they are very successful for years to come.

I love this place and the variety of options, but I've been trying to get a specific flavor the last couple of times I visited. Each time, I'm told it can't be scooped due to freezer issues. It would be helpful to mark the unscoopable flavors on your menu, so customers don't wait in line for 20 minutes only to find out that several flavors aren't available.

Had a bad experience today with one of the workers. She was quite rude and rolled her eyeballs at me. Because I reminded her of something that I purchased and she forgot to give me. I was even nice about it.

Such a cute lil ice cream shop. Only open for a few hours on weekdays in the evenings. The amount of unique flavours is unreal! Cannot wait to go back and check out more flavours
