I’m getting real tired of Tim Hortons! I just drove away from there from buying my extra large dark roast that I was very much looking forward to. Five minutes later I go to take my first sip and it’s damn tea!! Not only that which should not have happened because you basically just wasted $2.50 of my money because I don’t have the time to turn around and drive back to exchange this tea for what I paid for. But every single Tim Hortons seems to have a difference Standard for how they make their coffee. My point is, a large double double should taste the same no matter What Tim Hortons you’ve gone to. I personally buy dark roast with one sugar and two cream, but every single branch has a different version of what that is supposed to taste like. When things as simple as this become a common problem, things have become real bad and people really do not care about their work at all. This is basic simple stuff that a six year-old could do without supervision. And by the way; I hate tea!!! This taste like water with cream and sugar, and it wouldn’t surprise me if that’s exactly what it is, even though there is a D and an R written on the cap. Please sort your staff out. All I’ve learned today is that I’m not driving to Morville for a coffee anymore

Just went through the drive thru, wish I knew the name of the worker at the window. So lovely to get a genuine smile, our order correct snd a little banter while we wait for my steeped tea. Wish all the window staff were as pleasant. See you tomorrow! 😊

saturday nov 30 2 41 pm, got coffees and a muffin. getting ready to go watch hockey and the coffee, three in total. two dark roast and latte. alll LUKE warm. and it’s minus 18 out here. might as well ordered a iced coffee sakes. and three kinds of timbits. where is the assortment!!!!!

Drive thru is painfully slow to the point it's much faster to come inside and grab what you want. I've never seen a Tim's drive-thru that's slower, or even close.
The people are Tim hortons are very very very rude and disrespectful
I had a bad experience this morning with one girl that had a really bad attitude and was disrespectful to me and my family
I am never coming back ever again

I went through the drive thru and the service was quick. I got to the window and they already had my food waiting to be handed out to me! I ordered a medium ice capp, and a bacon english muffin. The food was overall a 10/10 and I would come back again and again!
