It is noisy, people have trouble understanding me and the upselling was weird and delayed others. I bought a mug and the person did not understand I did not want anything more than a mug. She tried to sell me a mug with candy in it, then tried to give me timbits. I had to refuse multiple times.
Fri. Sept 26 around 8am. Very busy so went inside to get kiddos and I breakfast before school. The lady at the counter was THE BEST. She was happy- made my kid smile. It came to a wait for my tea & she was quick to get it to me once it was done ;) thank you!!!!! You deserved the shout out because you were awesome but didn’t your name!!!
