I was there to order a Breakfast wrap. I requested to replace the egg with hash brown on farmers wrap. However, Jessie really had hard time understanding my request. She was very adamant that its a custom order and would have to pay $7-8 the order. Her reasoning was that the store is different than Calgary Tim Hortons. I have been ordering this for past 3 years but this was the first store I encountered this problem. I would prefer more training to be provided to the front cashier. I ended up paying the price for Farmers wrap without the egg and just one hash brown.

If you want your order the way you ask for it to be made do NOT stop here, carry on to Cochrane or Calgary. The wait time is almost always horrendous and then they argue with you about your order. I do not have these issues anywhere else. You've lost my business.
