Aspen Crossing Tavern Reviews
The details put into the mazes are exceptional. The actors were phenomenal. So many jump scares!! The crazy turning tunnel blew our minds. The camper was such a great touch! Worth every penny.
Benches or seating on the train would have been appreciated. There were several spots in the mazes that needed warnings for steps. Thankfully the people ahead of us were warning us about them.
Went on the Train of Terror this evening and had an amazing time! The staff running the excursion were amazing! Can't wait for next year!! And I REALLY want the playlist for the music tonight
Great place. Love the train rides

Based on the reviews, Aspen Crossing Tavern is a true hidden gem in Alberta. The restaurant is in an extremely old house built in 1906, with indoor seating, an outdoor patio, and another area just below. It is dog friendly. The food is amazing, with the best fried chicken ever, the best hot wings, and one of the best burgers ever. The Cowboy burger and the Kona burger are mentioned. The clam chowder is also some of the best ever. The homemade lemonade deserves a special mention. The staff are very friendly, awesome, and attentive. The vintage trains and old carriages create an atmosphere that pulls you back in time. The Train of Terror is an amazing time, with phenomenal actors, exceptional mazes, and jump scares. The campground is also awesome.
