DQ Nanton has been our ringette team’s go-to for a few years as we head home from games in Calgary and area. Staff is always friendly and blizzards are always a big hit with the girls. Thank you for allowing our teams to take over the restaurant.

The Service was really terrible, the guy in the cashier was very rude name is yash. never coming back on that location it's a garbage. Restaurant are very dirty. Staff not wearing hair net. Washrooms very disgusting.

Rude till staff. Full grown adult man from India doing a job better suited for a high school student. I was not impressed with his Tone , appearance, or demanding demeanor. Never again will I return to this business in Nanton.

Driving through Nanton and decided to stop at Dairy Queen for a mushroom cheese burger both of us were hungry. What a major disappointment, the burger bun and burger were the size of a children’s burger you would get for a small child. There were no mushrooms on one of the burgers and 1/2 a sliced mushroom on the other. We were in a hurry as I had 4 more hours to drive. I will be contacting your franchise owners as well. These 2 baby burgers cost me more than $15.00. Big disappointing and madding.

Staff argued with me in the drive through for 5 mins on numerous ways on why they can not do my fries well done. Two plus years of loyal customer dining with the same order and now more than once I have been argued with. Customer is always right. Will not be returning.

Very bad experience in this DQ I don’t want to mention her name but she was showing too much attitude and I don’t know why even they are also Indian and they are showing attitude to Indians. She was behaving like she don’t want to attend us. And if you don’t want Indian customer then say no to us and for sure not going to come to this DQ again.

We decided to eat on the patio, we had a fairly cumbersome order for one person to carry. I was waiting on the patio with our pup so I was not inside. The girl behind the counter helped my wife bring the meal to the table outside. Great service at this location.

Upon returning from Lethbridge, I visited this Dairy Queen where the friendly and accommodating staff at the counter assisted a group of elderly customers with kindness and patience. I treated myself to a Mushroom Swiss burger and a large strawberry shake without whipped cream, which was both delicious and a delightful way to cool off in the heat.

Well the reviews are true. Ordered a medium cone and got a baby or small size. To bad for this place. And the girl behind the counter seemed to not care. She’s just there for a paycheque. Will be going to the DQ in claresholm from now on.
