I had ordered a Classic bagel with a sausage. The first time they had added a sour sauce when I asked for chipotle sauce. We went through the drive through again and the Classic bagel included a tomato. They added no tomato so again we go threw the drive threw. They made a new one and added an old sausage as well as it was soggy. If i’m paying for this food i would like to actually get what i ordered. This is what happens when we have people who can not speak english properly working. they don’t know how to comprehend what we ask for.

Ordered a farmers sausage wrap with no egg and extra sausage. Recieved sausage only in the wrap and no hashbrown and no extra sausage. Told them it was wrong and they got very condescending saying that’s what you ordered and offered no help.

Hit and miss with this Tims. Sometime great and no concerns, sometimes coffee is weak and the wrap falls apart when you try to open the packaging. Staff is always friendly with decent service times at the drive through.
