Ordered 3 donuts and all 3 was like eating a piece of wood covered in chocolate. I think the head office needs to know how bad your food is and also how your store is not clean

Really disappointed, I constantly have things go wrong or not done in my order. They rush so much to keep their drive thru times down that we are also getting asked to wait out front. I declined having waiting in line for 25 min already and they started to bully me telling me I didn’t have a choice and trying to withhold the food I had already paid for. They shoved everything at me and then shut the window and locked it when I asked for her name.

got the wrong order the first time, and even after they said they would fix it, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for 3 items. Really disappointing and definitely the worst experience I’ve had here. They need to improve both accuracy and speed.

Went there early in the morning. Times say they open at 5. Waited outside at gates for like 5 mins and they didn't open doors. There was a guy inside working i waved at him he told me not opening for another 10 mins. Then another employee came and opened doors
