Had a coupon for 2 teen combos and the cashier wouldn’t let me use it because the teen burgers were on special. It ended up costing me $2 more dollars than what I spent. Even after I asked her to cancel the order, she said it was in the system and left it as it was. Very disappointed with that. Live and learn next time I will just get her to scan my coupon.

Would I like fries with that to make it a combo ? Were you paying attention to my order at the drive-thru. The staff need to work on their listening skills. Or is it the management's fault. Perhaps A&W itself is to blame for that silly question. People will ask for what they want. Yes or no. Like this review if you dislike those extra questions at the drive-thru.

We were there tonight around 12:15 am and placed our order first. It took almost 15 minutes for them to prepare just two orders, and the fries we received were extremely cold. When we mentioned this to the worker, he responded with attitude, saying “what the hell,” and continued speaking to us very rudely. The lady then told him not to make new fries because she was going to refund us the money.

Went to Okotoks A & W with a grandson. Absolutely DELEICIOUS teen burgers, very clean and friendly staff. Service quick. Got a 20 min drive south and realized I had no phone. Turned around and went back to see if phone was there. I thought it might have fallen out of my pocket but I had left it on the table. Neither my grandson nor I had noticed. THANK YOU to staff my phone was safe and sound.

After dining there with my family one evening about a month ago I will NEVER buy food from this particular A&W again. The floors were riddled with stomped food, the tables were filthy, the condiment and utensil station was filled with garbage and there were no straws left. There were two cleaning carts half-hazardly placed randomly in the dining room. Two crew members were seen sitting in the dining room fully clothed which seemed to be the end of their shift because I saw them leave half way through my meal. When I worked fast food as a young adult we had to make sure the dining room was always clean for our guests, we made sure to cover up our uniform when eating or taking a break in the dining room so as not to leave a bad impression. If the dining room is any indication of what happens in the kitchen I can imagine it's a complete cesspool of trash and a disgusting place to be. I'll be eating at and ordering out from the A&W at the Petro Canada on hwy 2 at the Aldersyde turn off. 🤮

Lettuce was forgotten on my burger at this location so I had to eat a subpar overpriced burger. Shouldn’t be that difficult to get an order right.
I am vegan, but grew up eating teen burgers. Now I can still go there because the Beyond Meat Burger is perfect!

Went to get a order through the drive through and a simple order! 1 bacon egger and 2 hash browns. They try to argue that it has to be a combo and i just repeated myself what i wanted. Continued to argue at me!! So i just left and went to Mcdonalds. This place has gone downhill in recent years!!

I really enjoy dining at A+W in general. Until I visited this location. It wasn't busy in the drive though or dinning area. Yet every table was filthy. They did me a HUGE FAVOR by giving me a coffee refill (this isn't an issue with the other A+Ws that I visit). I didn't get the receipt from my previous order. So when I asked for the store # for my compliant. I was told it was none of my business. I asked to speak to a manager. But spoke to someone who pretended to be a manager instead. I was then told several insulting lies, that a child wouldn't have believed, by this "manager." I left a message for the real manager to call which still hasn't happened. In the meantime my brother ordered 2 Mama burger combos. But had to negotiate with front counter staff in order to obtain the receipt. Why this dump is allowed to carry such a prestigious banner I'll never know. If you ever want to visit a ghetto bizarre world version of A+W this is it!
