Ordered food for Jan 1st was advised it would be ready by 645pm. Line up put the door customers waiting for their 530pm orders. The staff was working hard and communicated well with customers. I felt bad for the young front staff. They were running around and could have used another hand. Overall, I advised them, that I appreciated their efforts and understood their situation. Food was hot and flavorful. Next time, I will not be ordering on a holiday. I will go back and eat in and enjoy the buffet.

We ordered online through their website on New Year’s Day. Received a message saying it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, Knowing they would be busy we gave them about 40 minutes. When we arrived they had a lineup of at least 20 people waiting for their orders. I thought we were going to have to wait for a long time but they called my name almost immediately. I believe using the online ordering option was the contributing factor to quick service. We ordered a dinner for two. Most of the food was really good. Chicken fried rice was good but next to no chicken. Chicken balls were cold we had to heat in the microwave. Sweet and sour pork was absolutely delicious. Mixed vegetables were great. The wonton soup is terrible so I would not get it again. Overall I give it 4 stars as the quantity of food was quite significant.
Nearly $80 for 2 adult buffet and a cup of tea each. Good grief this place is not worth it 😕 Staff seems friendly

In the heart of downtown Okotoks.
We ordered Chinese food for ten and when we arrived to pick it up, my niece and I waited inside for the order. We couldn't help but notice that the restaurant was packed and items on the buffet table were being replaced with great frequency.
Everything was delicious and the portions were so huge, we had lots of leftovers for lunch the following day.
Many items on the menu are available in GF versions.

Ever since the new Owner took over this year the service has been horrible, but worse yet is that they never have enough food on the buffet line. We went there this past weekend and about 75% of the bins of food were empty on the buffet. They would bring new food out one at a time and people would race for it. Ive never seen buffet where people stand around and wait for food. I cleared the plates from our table because no server came around EVER. Terrible new management.

It’s always been good here until tonight and it was horrible. I got chicken noodle soup and there was about 2 tablespoons of broth in it and all noodles with some chicken and I think cabbage also got honey garlic wings and they are all batter and so hard you could hardly eat them. It will be a long time until I get anything from there again if ever. So after this review the owner called me and said no problem that I just needed to come in and she would redo my entire order. I did end up going into the restaurant and talked to her about the order and she pretty much called me a liar and said the kitchen doesn’t make mistakes so after this I’m definitely won’t be going back there again

We have ordered take out several times. It’s hard to find a good Chinese food restaurant and this one is definitely good! My only complaint is the dry ribs are terrible but everything else makes up for it.

Used to order dinner for one a couple of years ago and the food was delicious. The new owner seems very nice to customers and the food is as good as before. Very good service from the waitress and nice buffet on weekends. Will return for sure.

I have been around the restaurant industry for decades and this restaurant and owners are one of my all time favourite. The food and service are fantastic. The owners are wonderful people who care about the community and their customers. Highly recommended this restaurant if you are in the Okotoks area.
Made an order for pick up during a slow point of the day zero cars parked out front. Business was empty inside, One staff member on. I paid for my takeout order. Arrived home to open up. Disgustingly dried out lemon Sue guy and dried out chewy almost transparent, ginger beef when I called to ask about having the two dishes that were Terrible refunded I was told I could have 10% off next time and that they were super busy she would have to call me back. I asked for a manager she told me I was speaking to a manager and then proceeded to tell me goodbye sir and hung up on me this business has taken a serious downward spiral since the Covid break where nobody was returning to say anything about food and when they give excuses about being overly busy when the place is empty , it let you know that the integrity is completely gone from this business that once held the gold standard
