This is by far the best Boston Pizza around. Twice now I have had the best servers. We came in as a group of 17, 10 kids, 7 adults and WOW. I believe our servers name was ASHLEY and man - give her a raise!!! We also had a young man as a server the time before and he was also amazing. But Ashley absolutely blew it out of the park and I will go back only when she is working!!!

Probably the worst Boston pizza I've been to took an hour and a half to get our food even with reservations when I finally got my food it was cold the servers were very kind but was not worth the money or time

Had dinner here last night and it was awful. My food was really cold and my daughters pizza was burned-it was clear it was left in the oven too long. Also we ordered the triple play and in the description it said: Bandera Bread with Santa Fe Ranch dip, our Signature Chicken Thai Bites, and Cactus Cut Potatoes served with cactus dip. The cactus cut potatoes were very spicy and touching other items on the plate which made everything else super spicy. We couldn't eat it. The description on this starter plate didn't specify that the potatoes were spicy. It had a little flame next to it showing it had some level of spice but we were told that was because of the Tai chicken bites. Also we waited a long time once our meal came for service. It was as if our server disappeared for over half n hour. There wasn't many people dining at this time so it was very odd. The cold food and burned pizza and lack of service makes me not want to come back. It's too bad. We used to love bp.
The food was good but there is literally a bug infestation in the womens bathroom.. please deal with this because i was quite grossed out.

Waitress screwed up multiple parts of our order, snd the food is mediocre. It’s really the included ice cream in the kids’ meal that keeps anyone coming back.
