I have eaten here before and it's bin good.
Tonight was bad. Service was terrible and her excuse was she didn't have time to give service because she had to look after the bar and make drinks
Ordered fettuccine and Blacken chicken.
The chicken was so salty like someone dumped the whole salt shaker on it.
Garlic bread that came with it was the same. Server had nothing but excuses.
She credited me for the chicken and said that's all she was aloud to do. Inexcusable, I eat in restaurants alot and never bin treated this bad

My husband and I travelled from Nanaimo to meet our son, his fiancé and our daughter for supper. Our son revealed that they were expecting twins so it was a memorable occasion for all of us. We shared a couple of appetizers, cauliflower bites and calamari (quantity was not enough for 4 people). The meals were good however, even though it was not very busy the service was very slow. Towards the end of the meal a glass of wine was ordered but not received. All in all it was good.

Every food item came out cold / undercooked / smaller portions than normal and while only expressing that one item was underwhelming we ate none, but only that one item was taken off the bill. Server knew we were not impressed but did her best to not address the issues.

We had crispy cauliflower to start. It was good but the old recipe with parmesan on top was better. The blackened chicken salad was good, the greens contained cabbage and spring greens. The chicken was spicy.
Our server was good and pretty quick. She was slow with the bill, but it had really picked up by then.

Wheelchair accessibility: Had everything accessible that you would expect. Accessible parking, a ramp to get to the door, a button to open both doors, a fully accessible washroom.

Thank you to the server and manager for taking care of us and for addressing the concern we had regarding our meal. We have eaten at your establishment on a regular basis and always had a great meal. We appreciate your dedication to your patrons and we will return to enjoy another excellent experience.

Unfortunately, the food has changed a lot. The service was quite good though.

Izzy was my waitress. She was so attentive and sweet. She brought me 5 refills of my pop which is unusual for most waitresses to keep up with but she did it happily. She smiled the whole time!!

Dietary restrictions: My wife got the Potato crusted crab bowl for her dairy and gluten allergy that she said was delicious.

This was my first visit to this location.
Great food and the server a young man unfortunately, can remember his name gave us impeccable service. This was two senior friends having a chin wag. Will tell all my friends at the senior centre for sure.

Great service and food, Nathan was the best server. He was so kind and funny making the experience much more enjoyable!

This place has been my go-to spot for after-work social hour and weekend get togethers with family and friends. Nathan took great care of us, was very attentive and provided excellent service! The food was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful dinner, food was amazing and our server Elix was marvelous.

Had the most wonderful experience dining at Browns! Stephanie was such a wonderful server! She was so attentive, kind, and willing to make sure our experience was nothing less than perfect! Highly recommend dining here and if you do make sure to ask for Stephanie as your server !
