We stopped here for lunch, and the food is regular Burger King, but the onion rings tasted like they sat a little bit. Everything else was good. I really like the inside as it was clean and modern with two stations for children with games on. The staff were very friendly and we had our food quickly.

I just had a great experience at this Burger King location this weekend thanks to two amazing employees! Both girls who I asked for their names were Vera and Bea, were incredibly polite, friendly, and interactive with customers. It made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. They even offered us the fun Dragon Flames crowns. Their teamwork was spot on fast, efficient, and done with big smiles the whole time. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it made our visit so much better. A Big thank you to both of them for their great service and energy!

I would like to personally Thank Vanessa, China, and Sam for their hospitality at the Okotoks Burger King location today! I went for lunch with my family and we ordered 2 impossible whopper meals and a regular whopper meal, each with a drink, burger and fries. On one of the whoppers I asked for no Mayo and all 3 whoppers with cheese. They were very quick to serve the customers and all their needs! Because the How to Train Your Dragon 2025 toys are out for the movie, I also requested to purchase them separately. Although they said that there is only 1 toy per week, because they had all 6 of them in the back they especially got them for me and I was able to purchase and complete the entire collection! As well as claim one of the limited edition crowns for free! When our meal was ready they brought it right to our table and it was easy to tell the difference of which impossible whopper had mayo and which one didn't. Unfortunately they forgot the cheese on the 2 Impossible whoppers but after requesting the cheese they graciously gave us 4 slices free of charge! They immediately corrected their mistake and served us above and beyond! The restaurant was super clean as well and so were the washrooms. These 3 ladies made a very positive impact on my day and my family's and we will be coming back to eat for sure! Their teamwork and quick thinking really made us appreciate the restaurant experience a lot more than our usual lunches out. Not to mention how delicious the food was! Warm, fully cooked, and plenty of toppings! I would have attached a picture of our lunch but we were too busy enjoying it! So instead I have attached my Dragon collection and the Crown! The lady cashier was so friendly, greeted me with a smile, and told me all about current deals! 5 stars for her service. But the food 😠I never had such a bad whopper from any Burger King anywhere in the world 😔 Where was the smoky flavour of flames? The patty itself was cold and chewy as if it’s not even meat, but a parody of meat. It was definitely not grilled, maybe microwaved at best, I don’t know. The fires were good, the veggies in the burger were fresh. But the burger was so bland, I can’t even. I hope their other burgers (with chicken for example) are better than this, but I don’t think I’ll be back to try. Also, it wasn’t that clean inside 🥲 and the place was like empty (besides me there were 2 more people). The kitchen was busy though, the food delivery drivers kept coming in. The washrooms were clean!!! That was amazing!

From the drive thru, clearly a burger that’s been sat for a long time that it was stuck to the wrapper, and barely any fries. Super disappointing, these guys are usually amazing
Ordered burger with no sauce, and was loaded with sauce and had to go back. Also, shake machine closed 30 minutes before closing. Bad business.

Everything was good. No complaints. I do wish it was open later though. It's right beside the brewhouse. It would probably make a killing if it stayed open late. I know I've wanted it on a couple occasions after leaving there.

I ordered a fish fillet everything was fine until I noticed there was a hair sticking out on my fish. Went back in and showed the manager and I was given a free desserts lol
That is my experience with this location. Just so you know watch for hairs
