Buster's Pizza & Donair

Placed an order online and came to pick it up. Nobody in the store, door locked but they’ll take my money for the order. Nobody will pick up the phone, I’ve called 3 times. If the sign says 11, be open at 11:20.

Update: refund was issued quickly and situation was explained. I understand you are a business of few employees but I still feel this could’ve been handled better at the time. I hope all is well with your team

Wow. The food was delicious especially their garlic cheese stick. It was awesome. The customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend this store.

We just ordered 3 large pizzas a couple days ago and I really must say: I don't get the negative reviews. I would count these pizzas to be one of the best I had so far in Canada, it had as many toppings as I expected, the dough was tasty, and I ate two days from it - without getting sick or any kind of tummy problems. Probably there were some issues in the past, but based on my experience, I would count them as no longer valid.

I always like to give the new store that opens up in Okotoks a shot. Unfortunately, the food was MID compared to what else is available for donairs and pizzas. And the owners were very rude to a skip driver, just doing their job, and that left a poor tastes in my mouth. Personally would not eat here.

Absoulutly disgusting pizza and garlic fingers ..the donair was decent

Ordered three pizzas on Saturday night for me and my twin boys. We were all sick all day Sunday and still sick Monday. Not fresh didn’t taste good. All three pizzas were with different toppings. We each had one separately and all of them made us sick. I advise no one order from here. And when, picking up the order that employee working, there, had a very rank smell to them. Avoid this place at all costs.

Excellent place to stop for a very tasty bite! Had a couple fully loaded donairs, and man did they ever hit the spot! Friendly staff, definitely will return!

Wouldnt give it one star if i had a choice.Gross ! I am celiac and have been sick all night from eating the supposed gluten free pizza. Even when I stated I was celiac. And my fiance is also sick. We will never be going here again. And will definitely NOT recommend it to anyone!!!!!
