Very generous serving of fries. Large fries = Large fries unlike some locations where you can not tell which is large or small. Staff here are very frienly as well and engaging.

Service was good. But the Blizzard was terrible. I’ve been to this location 3 times, and had three different Blizzards. They were like milkshakes…so runny. You guys need to spend a bit of money and turn the temperature down on the ice cream machine.

Your parking lot also has dangerous pot holes that have been there a long time. This is disrespectful to customers that you don’t care about their vehicles.

I’ve complained about the “Parking Lot” at least “6” times in the last year. Pot holes so big it will rip off your muffler. It’s been like this for over a year!!!!! See the pics!!!!

I had the worst experience I’ve had at a Dairy Queen a few weeks ago, served a completely raw meal, and with all of the reviews I decided to take the complaint to corporate instead of facebook for proper accountability.
Prabh, the most recent manager, did rectify the situation and explained all of the work that needs to be done from previous management. She does understand it will take time, and I would recommend giving it another shot.

We ordered two chicken wraps and two burgers. After taking our order at the cashier, the employee went to the kitchen and prepared our wraps using bare hands. I have photos and videos to document this.

What a horrible experience today. We ordered a large ice cream order in the drive through. After we paid they quickly brought the small cone first. After 10 minutes waiting for the rest of our ice cream order we were forced to ask for some napkins for the cone as it was already melting all over my wife who was holding it. The rest came jammed on a tray and off we went. They have a deep pothole in the drive through I found out and we hit that and tipped over one of the shakes spilling it all over my wife and the floor mat. What a joke. Do we go back and watch the rest of the order melt or just carry on. Had to dodge another massive pothole at the entrance of their parking lot. Business must be bad if they can’t afford to fix these shock busters. I’ll pass next time on this store location.

Food still ice cold even after their famous microwave heat up trick to make you think it just came off the grill. Was ignored so long at the drive through window I was forced to lay on the horn to get someone’s attention otherwise I’d still be there. All for sloppy wet cold burger and concrete fries.

Waited 25 minutes for a $30 order. Food was sitting waiting for us for at least 10 minutes before they realized they forgot about us. Even then, one item was wrong, one was forgotten about. There were 3 burgers, all had sauce messed all around them. You could squeeze them and mustard would drip out (after wiping with a napkin). They also waited until after we ordered, paid and waited to say that their pop machine was out of order, and handed us a water bottle. I'm all for giving grace, but this was ridiculous. The store was not busy.

I got my onion rings from the drive thru and the order was taken politely and patiently, the drive thru was packed with cars yet the team managed to clear it in few minutes, food was fresh and tasty 😊

Used to be my favorite dairy queen. Now the part time staff are questionable. As soon as I see someone handling food and a cell phone I leave, very unsanitary.
