Disgusting experience Awful food, bad smell, and staff that clearly don’t care. It says on receipt the name LEANNE who was my order taker prepared cakes didn’t wash hands when coming to screen and packed my food with same, even my receipt had sticky ice cream. Seems like she is yelling while helping customers with ordering which is crazy ! food was prepared without gloves. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Never coming back.

Extremely disappointed with this location - they never speak clearly enough to hear them over the speaker box in the drive thru - Then had to wait almost 20 mins for my food going through the drive thru . Won’t be coming back every time it just gets worse .

Tonight had an issue with a delivery order, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a business handles them — and this restaurant handled it exceptionally well.
The manager name Prabh personally reached out, apologized sincerely, and made every effort to fix the situation quickly and deliver it herself rigth to my door . Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. Thank you 🙏🏻
The food is always delicious, and with service like this, I’ll definitely continue ordering from them. Highly recommend!

Listen, I love Dairy Queen. I always have. But the Okotoks location is far short of satisfactory. The food is always good but the service is awfully slow. They will take their sweet precious time preparing any item on the menu, even something as simple as a fountain drink. Beware of the drive through. At the end of the day, my intention of this review is not to complain or tell people to stay away from here, but rather a review that will potentially give the management some encouragement to grow and improve. I would bet a thousand dollars that if the staff and management took their job a little more seriously, they would be a top spot in Okotoks. Good luck Dairy Queen.

Food was stale and old. Was cold when delivered. The chicken fingers were the size of the fries, not at all what is advertised. Fries tasted not only stale but had a taste of cleaner. Disgusting how down hill DQ has gone because of crappy franchise owners and/or operation leader.

Very disappointed with the service at DQ Okotoks today. We had a survey code from another DQ location, the Dairy Queen website clearly states that the free Dilly Bar can be redeemed at any DQ store. We’ve done this at several other locations without any issue. However, the cashier here refused to honor it, wouldn’t share his name when asked, and wouldn’t get a manager for us to speak to either. My son was really disappointed, and the whole experience was unnecessarily unpleasant. Definitely not the friendly service you expect from Dairy Queen.

This place is unbelievably dirty inside. One burger meal took 20 minutes. The burger was raw and dripping wet. Don't waste your time or risk your health eating here.

Drive through was efficient, the worker friendly but my burger was way undercooked. A bite into the middle made me gag and run to better lighting to take a look. This dq has been questionable for years. This is the last time we will give them another chance. Want DQ? Drive to High River or Cochrane.

We went through the drive thru on October 10th at noon and ordered a 4 pce chicken strip with extra crispy fries and small maple cookie shake. We waited a minimum 19 minutes just to get our food and there was 1 car ahead of us.The order was to be crispy fries and they were almost not cooked, it looked like they were lifted early from the oil plus we got 10 strips instead of 4. Chicken strips were great and so was the shake but disappointed with fries and the time it took.
On a Friday at lunchtime and to have 3 people working and 1 one of them was obviously new. Why train in drive thru during lunch rush?
