The food is decent, but I have to take a star off for the unprofessional atmosphere. On multiple visits, the staff member has been asleep in the dining area during operating hours. This reflects poorly on the restaurant and makes customers feel like service is not a priorit

No Running Water in Washroom — Health Hazard
Visited Edo Japan and was shocked to discover there was no running water in the washroom. The sink did not work at all, meaning hand washing was impossible.
This is not just a minor inconvenience—it’s a serious health and safety issue, especially in a food service establishment. If customers and staff cannot wash their hands, basic hygiene standards are being completely ignored.
We informed staff, but the restaurant remained open. This is irresponsible and likely violates local health regulations.
I cannot in good conscience recommend eating here.
The gentleman working there could benefit from some training on how to respond to person who say thank you.

Rodel cheerfully greeted us upon entering the store. He accommodated my kids warmly. All other staff were friendly too. Food is always hot and fresh served on time. Store is clean and ambiance is nice.
