My bf went here to grab dinner. The gravy was like water. They forgot the popcorn chicken poutine. And the fries were stale. Popcorn chicken was stale Couldn't call because they were closed we also live 30 mins away. Very disappointing

Whenever I crave for KFC while in Okotoks I come here...however, this last visit was not favorable...the staff was so accommodating they seemed to ignore me when I asked what the delay was (I waited near 45 mins) while the others were served promptly (I was the only one in there for about 5 mins) the lady said something to the others in their language and they all laughed about it...I feel the comment made maybe directed towards me and derogatory...I sure hope the overall manager reads this

I gave the ladies toonies and loonies because it’s all I had. And for the change they gave me all quarters back in a rude manor but could’ve gave me toonies or loonies back

Horrible experience don’t eat here!!!! Ordered chicken burrito it was burnt!!!i opened bag….it was all apart sliming all over could not even eat it..because it was drive thru kinda hard to go back..we were travelling disgusted $17 with pop…RIPOFFF never going back..that’s not food…didn’t have camera to take picture…🤮🤮🤮🤮

I’m surprised by some of the bad reviews. We’ve had great food here twice this summer. Chicken was cooked nicely and tasted like old school KFC, so much better than any we’ve had in about 10 years at least. Store is super clean and you can watch them in the back as they cook and pack your order.

Most of the staff are nice and polite but the the manager called Evelyn is very rude, sarcastic, chicken is always soggy fries like rubber, tacos are always soggy, should of learned from my last visit, Popeyes is more expensive but you get what you pay for good quality food!!

I got to soft beef tacos . Absolutely terrible. It was a mush with a tiny bit of beef flakes . Mostly a sauce . Hardly any lettuce or tomatoes. , cheap on the cheese too . I paid $21 for small popcorn chicken and two extremely small tacos. Never again would I go there . A rolled joint is probably thicker than the tacos were .

Terrible place, fathers day special was 1 large Popcorn chicken and 3 dips according to staff inside.
Super expensive for fast food and just like all fast food places now always have to sit in front and wait for them to bring you food
