Went for lunch in Okotoks to KFC and got the Big Crunch Sandwich with fries. Everything was cold and absolutely tasteless. Definitely won’t be back to that location

CHECK YOUR ORDER I stopped this afternoon to get 9 pieces of chicken, larger fries, and the deal came with 2 small gravy so I ordered a large gravy also, as i didnt think two small gravy was enough. To my SURPRISE WHEN I GET HOME THERE ARE KNOW FRIES, Merry Christmas KFC Okotoks, you can now sell thought fries to another customer, so check your orders as I dont live there , so can't go back and get them, maybe take this money you screwed me out of and try to do better for your customers. Just a thought. I would like to mention i was the only customer at the time in store so maybe getting an order right is harder than I think.

Ordered and paid online for pickup around 7pm, from the KFC website. They accepted my order, took my money then the store called and said they were closed, advertise 1030am to 10pm. I was told to call customer service about getting my money back and 5 days later still no money returned! Thanks KFC, maybe I'll just come steal from you like you've done to me.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR CHICKEN HERE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE WAITING TIME. Today i ordered 10 pieces of chicken and received it half an hour later. I get that fast food can get busy but that doesnt excuse the fact that 10 pieces of chicken took that long. Also if these employees were normal like any other fast food workers, they would have apologized or have been polite at least. These workers did not apologize one bit and saw no problem in their work ethic. Shameful that filipinos are known for hospitality but these KFC workers do not reflect it one bit. Super disappointed.

Waiting 20 plus minutes for a small take out order (2 adult and 1 kids meal) feels really special, at least the $45 price tag made it feel more like a dine in experience . Food was well, Taco Bell, but somehow even that used to be better.

Dirty dining area, grouchy staff, food was prepared to the lowest standards, all squished and pattie half hanging out. My sandwich was soaked in mayo and when I complained, it was explained to me that it was my fault for not telling them to hold the mayo, even though I like mayo, just not a whole cup of it on my chichen sandwich. My wife and I agreed, we are never spending another dollar at any KFC ever again thanks to them.

THIS AFTERNOON I STOPPED INTO the KFC in OKOTOKS to GET a 15 PIECE BUCKET of CRISPY CHICKEN with LARGE FRIES, LARGE GRAVY and LARGE COLESLAW. I was WARMLY GREETED by KAYLA, GRACE and EVELYN who ALL MADE SURE that I GOT a NEW and FRESH BUCKET of CHICKEN with 2 EXTRA BREAST PIECES because I PREFER MORE WHITE MEAT than DARK MEAT. I FREQUENT THIS KFC and I ENJOY the NEW DECOR that THIS KFC NOW HAS and I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!!! THANK YOU AGAIN LADIES and SEE YOU SOON!!!

Got kfc and once I got home I found a hair in my 10 piece bucket also my popcorn chicken poutine came with no chicken.

Went to buy a 9 piece meal this afternoon July 6th the person who took my order was good then things fell apart. I placed my order at 1:20pm and didn't get it till 1:50pm this is very unacceptable and nobody in the back said we were making new chicken so it will be x amount of time. Got my order home looked at the chicken and they shorted me a breast and gave me 3 chicken legs when this happens it just pisses me off and the thighs were very greasy in the bottom of box. You pay a lot of money to get chicken and they say nothing about they are short of certain pieces of chicken. A very pissed off customer and will never buy chicken here again. It is worth the drive to go to Calgary and the KFC on Bannister road. I think the manager does not care about her customers and she should be fired.

Is this location ever going to provide warm fresh fries??? Only when asked they provide new fries. The manager needs to get this fixed ASAP. Not sure they care enough to do so.

I don't know what it is. But your French fries are terrible. Everytime the y are old and terrible tasting. I thought this was just my experience but friends have said the same thing. KFC don't order French fries at least you get a good meal.
