This is the second time within 6 months been at kfc in Okotoks. Chicken taste horrible taste like it was few days old , and refried . French fries same thing they were old and rubbery ..Since I cant get me money back avoid going there, seems they don't take no pride in their work and freshness .
They never ever get my order right. They always forget something or give us something different then what we ordered.. idk why we still go here. I keep having hope that service would change but nope.. they have a hard time understanding idk its never busy so idk why they always mess up my order.. please fix this. Seems like im not the only one this is happening too!

Just tried the new extra crispy. I have waited forty years for it to arrive in Canada. It’s not the same as I remember from Oklahoma, I like it better. I definitely enjoy the marinated chicken meat better.Fries and gravy are a mainstay. Definitely a fantastic experience. Very crispy unlike fried soggy stuff I get anywhere else.Friendly, go the extra mile staff.

I used to be okay spending a little extra for a big box so I can have popcorn chicken with my meal, but seriously, I got 7 popcorn chicken this last time and the price has gotten insane, no longer eating here!

The atmosphere was great and the store was fairly clean! But the chicken felt soggy and not crispy like it’s been in the warmer too long. Also, the two pieces of chicken I got was not warm and the wrap felt like it could have been prepared better.The service was ok but did not felt as friendly as other fast food places I’ve been to.

Cannot get orders correct, are not friendly at all to you. Make you wait at the counter so staff can chat amongst themselves than serve you. This is how it is every time at this KFC, my last four orders have been incorrect and I live outside of Okotoks so it's not easy to just drive 20 minutes back to get the order fixed. I order online and still incorrect orders are given to me, paid for 2 poutines got 1. This store needs to get new management and learn more about customer service and getting orders correct.

If i could give no stars i would, my wife and i ordered 6 pieces of chicken, My wife and I were the only people in the resurant this evening at 7 pm this evening. i stood at the counter for 10 minuted waiting for someone to take my order, while i waited my wife used the bathroom, she told me on the way home, that there was no toilet paper in the washroom and she needed a shower when we get home.. while waiting for our order, the floor was covered by a sticky substance and when looking into the kitchen the floor was covered in french fries.. absolutly discusting service, when we got home the chicken was half cooked and went in the garbage.KFC KT 1791host jocetyntransaction 20231216184946total 21.00waste of time and money

Did an online order. There's a tracker for what stage your order is at. We waited for the "Pick-up Ready" (which took about 45mins after placing the order). Show up 3 minutes after being notified it's ready, just to be told it'll be an 8 minute wait for the chicken (that's all we ordered). If that's the case, then you really need to figure out how to put your order is ready when it's actually ready! I have a feeling they just gave some of it to a different customer instead of making them wait, which if that's the case then that's even worse.

this people hired the idiots of the world to try and take your order. They don’t speak English well they can’t understand that you asked for a 10 piece +3 sides and you would like extra sides. They’re highly confused on that this people are total idiots. I recommend people should never go there. They need to hire people that speak better English that can comprehend the language of the country that they live in because it’s amazing to me why you would put people in that position who don’t comprehend anything and then they bring another lady and she’s even worse than the one that you just spoke with.

6 pieces of chicken at dinner time. 20 minute wait, diner empty and 1 other waiting in the parking lot. Also told they only have legs and thighs, no wings, no breast. How can a fried chicken place do business when they don’t have fried chicken to sell and crazy wait times.
