Night managers an idiot I pay when I order through the app. I dont double pay when I get to the window. You literally said everyone who makes these mobile orders has payment problems. Pending out of my account means I've paid. 23.51 for a double sigma combo with mcflurry and you tell me you can't give me a mcdlurry after I've already pay. Out 7 bucks. Get a new manager

The play area was filthy. We did complain and it was cleaned up but it was there for a while as it was dried ice cream. The manager or owner perhaps made a huge deal of having his staff clean it up. At least the head office responds quickly. Do not recommend this MacDonald's. In the past I have had bad service in the drive thru as well. This was my last trip there.

Worst mcdicks in Okotoks. Takes 20mins to get food while you go in, meanwhile drive through goes fast. Go through the drive through and they just tell you to park out front for 20mins. Half the time order is wrong. Been like this since they opened years ago. Zero fffs given..

Every time you go to this location past 11pm they make an excuse that the system is rebooting. The guy working late is extremely rude. He told us to wait 20 minutes then yelled at us to pull out front because us waiting by the speaker sets the system off and shows that they are unproductive.

I went for the morning drive thru and ordered a sausage mcgriddle combo with a coffee frape. I got my order and it seemed over priced, I than had a drink of my frape and it didn't taste right it was very bitter. I went back through the drive thru and the cashier got the manager for me without me even having to ask. They replaced my frape witha good one and gave me a refund and charged me the correct amount. I was very happy that they made it right and in a good amount of time.
The reason I am giving a 2 star is because I always order on the app and they always get my order wrong. If I customize it at all they 9 times out of 10 never follow through on it and I am out the extra money I spent on the customization. Most times when I add an extra patty for over $2 they never add it and I can’t do anything about it because I don’t find out until I get home. And this has happens most times when I do customize an order like that. I also just tried calling to complain and the home number doesn’t seem to work. Food is edible though.

Had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing zero patience when I asked a simple question about my order. Instead of helping, they seemed annoyed and dismissive, making the entire experience uncomfortable. I've always enjoyed McDonald's, but this location needs serious improvement in customer service. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon.
