First day of school went through drive through. Ordered McGriddles for my two kids (griddles only) like I have for the last year. They gave me one griddle for each child but they were suppose to come in pairs. When I asked they said they come in singles for the same price as the pairs used to and that was a recent change. Today I went to a different location and they sell them by pairs for the same price as always. What kind of schemes is this location trying to pull? And on top of that we were late for the first day is school because of all the arguing

Waited 10 minutes in the lobby just to get no service. Last time I stop here for a coffee. They’re drive thru line up takes way to long. They are super slow here

Nina is the best!! She brought us our meal and had the best costumer service. She was so kind and helpful with our order and made sure all was well! This location was very clean and had a cool vibe! The food was great!

I usually love this macdonalds but the service was awful tonight. I was trying to order and while the service person over the intercom was asking me a question another person kept popping up and yelling something about points while we were already being helped. Once we finally were able to finish ordering we pulled up and i got my pizza bites. I was shocked to see they gave me only three pizza bites without the sauce i ordered as well as they originally forgot my coffee, closed the window on me and once i sat there and waited for the window to open again i was able to ask them to make it. There was barely any syrop when i had asked for extra. Overall not a great experience tonight.
