I've used this location in the past. They are usually prompt and some are friendly and polite. So I really do not understand how they can mess up an order for a medium coffee with 2 sugar so many times. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

I was the using the washroom here and an employee was using it to, after they were done, they left without washing their hands. First of all that’s disgusting when working in the kitchen. I will not be eating here anymore. (Manager I hope u see this and fire them, she was Chinese, Asian, or Japanese, idk but it was one of them)
Horrible service. Took twenty minutes for a hash brown and then the forgot my coffee. Took them another five for that....which was already ordered. Fast food my ass
