Ordered at the drive thru, was sent with everyone else to reserved parking. After 20mins and all of the cars clearing out went inside to inquire about order. Was told by the manager they had no record of the the order. Manager refused to rectify or refund (as they had no receipt) even though there are video records of every vehicle including license plate.

This location is supposed to open at 7am, but the staff are always late opening this restaurant! Very inconvenient as I often try to drop by this restaurant as I head to work on early shifts, but each time I visit lately, the restaurant is barricaded off with no lights on. Not the end of the world for me, as I will just go to another restaurant location on my way to work in town from now on. But for other customers, may be inconvenient as they may have to go out of their way.

Twice I have asked for no pickles and got pickles. This time they put both patties on the bottom bun and absolutely nothing on the top bun. I get missing a modification but to build the burger completely wrong is unacceptable

How come your location doesn't offer a refill for drink and coffee. And also your tea prices are higher than other locations which is with in 3 KM.

This is awful! Hire more staff please! There are literally 13 orders on the board and none of us is getting our order in the restaurant. A crowd of us is just standing here hungry and annoyed at the unfathomably slow service. One guy even paid online and came in to get his food and the staff lost the record of his order. The staff who are here are polite and apologetic. But-when people only get a short window to take a lunch break this is not acceptable. Hire more people. It’s McDonalds. The system is tried and true and be efficient. It’s been 20 minutes and I still have no food and kids are hungry. A served restaurant is faster than this. Never coming back
Saw a manager being absolutely horrible to a worker. Good managers equal good workers. Before you look at your worker you should be looking at how you manage and treat your staff. I heard him say, I'd rather have no one than have him and I saw the look on that child's face and it crushed me. I'm so disappointed at the people you gave managing a space mostly children work at. Owners!! I suggest you have a word with your managers on how to manage and treat people with kindness, if a worker doesn't know something that's because your managing staff aren't teaching them correctly! I'm so upset by what I've witnessed I'm actually thinking of taking this to the western wheel and using your managing staff as an example of what's wrong within the work place, especially small town locals. Absolutely disgusting.

No matter how many times you go through the drive thru at this MacDonalds, they will always push you to the reserved spots where you will have to wait at least 10 minutes for your order. I was the only one in the drive thru at mid day today and nobody was in the restaurant. They still sent me to the reserved spots. Do better.

Fries came little colder than I like my fries. But the portion was made up for it and the cashier was very nice and courteous, delivering the order at an excellent pace.
