This is awful! Hire more staff please! There are literally 13 orders on the board and none of us is getting our order in the restaurant. A crowd of us is just standing here hungry and annoyed at the unfathomably slow service. One guy even paid online and came in to get his food and the staff lost the record of his order. The staff who are here are polite and apologetic. But-when people only get a short window to take a lunch break this is not acceptable. Hire more people. It’s McDonalds. The system is tried and true and be efficient. It’s been 20 minutes and I still have no food and kids are hungry. A served restaurant is faster than this. Never coming back

Saw a manager being absolutely horrible to a worker. Good managers equal good workers. Before you look at your worker you should be looking at how you manage and treat your staff. I heard him say, I'd rather have no one than have him and I saw the look on that child's face and it crushed me. I'm so disappointed at the people you gave managing a space mostly children work at. Owners!! I suggest you have a word with your managers on how to manage and treat people with kindness, if a worker doesn't know something that's because your managing staff aren't teaching them correctly! I'm so upset by what I've witnessed I'm actually thinking of taking this to the western wheel and using your managing staff as an example of what's wrong within the work place, especially small town locals. Absolutely disgusting.

No matter how many times you go through the drive thru at this MacDonalds, they will always push you to the reserved spots where you will have to wait at least 10 minutes for your order. I was the only one in the drive thru at mid day today and nobody was in the restaurant. They still sent me to the reserved spots. Do better.

Fries came little colder than I like my fries. But the portion was made up for it and the cashier was very nice and courteous, delivering the order at an excellent pace.

If I could, I would give this place a 0 star rating. I went in to get an ice water as I was ready to pass out fron a chronic medical condition I have and I was told that I am not allowed to get a cup of water unless I buy something and have an order going. My ex works at a McDonald's and has informed me that if you go in to get a water, it shouldn't be a problem. I had to struggle to walk down to Starbucks just so I could get an ice water so I wouldn't pass out. I didn't have any funds for anything.

Great location! If a franchise what can I say same here as anywhere else. The food is hot staff is very friendly and very roboticly asking; will you be using your app today what would you like to order. Parking lot is small Drive thru has to two order boards Overall it's okay for something fast and not so healthy. :-)

Simple order in a hurry this morning- 3 items and still missed 1. Didn’t realize until I was down the road in true “Lethal Weapon 2” fashion. Ie: “they 4ck you in the drive through okay?!”Then it was like they emptied the seasoning salt shaker out on the sausage patty in my McMuffin.The orange juice was good- hence the 1 star.Not ever going to waste my time here.
