Heard so much about this place. Heard they had excellent halibut. I did not find that to be true in my experience. I doubt it’s prepared on site. Looks and tastes like it was frozen and comes with food delivery guys if not costco. Perfectly formed in triangles like captain scotts. Very nice people though. Quaint restaurant. I believe breakfast and lunch would be good. Some day I will try a burger. But Halibut is out.

Based on previous reviews, I was very eager to try this restaurant. While the restaurant itself was small and dated, that didn’t bother me because I was there for the food. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. I was underwhelmed. Like really disappointed. Son had a salad and it looked boring with its side of Kraft Italian dressing. A small plate of onion rings were nothing special as the batter was kind of gummy. Worst part was the meals arrived at different times. Staff were exceptionally friendly, but the food didn’t match the expectations.

Food was outstanding Service was very friendly Atmosphere was decent Restaurant overall was clean and comfortable. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It definitely won't be my last. Their menu is quite friendly on the wallet but more importantly the quality that comes out of the kitchen is outstanding.

They have very good food and I love there fish and chips recommend this place to anyone they are easily located downtown okotoks and have a parking lot across the street

Two of us came for lunch. Very friendly service, quick to get our food. Food was FANTASTIC! We ordered mushroom/cheeseburger, garden salad, 2 piece cod and chips. Portions are generous, quality and taste are so good. Meal cost $40 and we could take some home. Excellent homemade iced tea.

So good :) for a business that doesn't have many employees, they were pretty efficient and very friendly! Even gave us mints and some of the cutest air fresheners I've ever seen hahahah. Also very extensive menu!

The fish is battered perfectly, doesn’t smother the delicious fish. Fries were nice and crispy, slaw was so unique and tasty! The service was so refreshing. The people who work here not only know how to cook, but the lady who served us is very sweet and attentive. I must also mention the homemade ice tea, and dumplings. Delicious!! Definitely will be coming back!
