My girl and I decided to taste test OJ’s new menu and we were NOT disappointed! We started with the Pretzel Fondue Bites, and oh man, these were AMAZING! The Spicy Shanghai Bowl was spicy and so delicious. We also tried the Cranberry Bourbon Smash which was good, but too “Bourbon-ey” for my taste. The Tito’s Holiday Mule and the Classic Nog were super flavourful, and we left with our bellies full!

First time here, will definitely be back! The teriyaki rice bowl was awesome. Appreciated that the teriyaki flavour was subtle and not too strong, and that it contains brown rice instead of the usual white. Our server, Piper, was so pleasant and helpful, with just the right balance of attention but not too much. Overall a lovely visit.

I got terrible food poisoning from one of their burgers, felt terrible. The service and the workers were all very nice that’s why i’m giving the extra star, but this food poisoning is beyond anything i’ve experienced. Though delicious please check on the quality of your food and meat, especially when dealing with ground beef.
Update: Though a bit of a process, my complaint was heard, after a email and a phone call, the manager Greg had apologized and compensated us for the food poisoning, updated me on how they do quality maintenance ETC. I am very grateful for the quality customer service here, and hope my next visit will go more smoothly.

The food was decent and everything came out as ordered but the service is quite slow here. There is an abundance of staff here but none of them seem to have enough to do. They all just kind of hang around the bar and talk amongst themselves. We were in on a Saturday night and the place was about half full so they certainly had more than enough staff.

I recently dined at Original Joe's, and it was a nice experience from start to finish. The service was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu.
The food was delicious, portion sizes were great. I left really full and it didn't break the bank
Overall, Original Joe's offers a delightful dining experience with great food, excellent service, and a nice setting. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming environment.

Absolutely terrible service! Restaurant was not busy, took too long to get service , when our drinks came the waitress still hadn’t come to take out food order. I have been coming to this location for as long as they have been open and have never experienced such poor attention to the most important thing in the restaurant business - the customer.

Cost for quality & quantity needs improvement.
Was supposed to be double portion of fries... But didn't seem that way when we received our meals.
The chicken wrap was way too much lettuce & absolutely not enough chicken. Was way too expensive for what you received. I basically had lettuce, sauce with a small amount of chicken when I was told by the waitress it is a full chicken breast... Ya no. It absolutely was not. Needs flavor also.
The crispy chicken burger was worth the cost, just needs some more toppings.
The beef burger was also worth the price.
Way too loud inside for sound to conversation volume. Patio option was much quieter however, too close to other tables.
