We visited Crystal Ridge Golf Course for their first Sunday Brunch of the New Year. Very glad we did! The food was very tasty and made with skill and care. No processed, premade food here. Everything from the crispy bacon, fluffy pancakes and other delicious dishes were flavourful and fresh. We have previously been here to golf and this time we returned to play the mini golf. It was very busy and I don't think they were really prepared. The ponds around the mini golf were dirty and not running, some of the putting areas needed to be fixed and cleaned up and they had no umbrellas for the tables. The Dining Room at the Crystal Ridge golf course offers great food. Hidden at the end of a country lane (follow the signs for the golf course) is a delightful, wheelchair accessible dining room. They offer a well priced 3 course fixed menu that varies nightly but gives great choices. Our group tried them all and thoroughly enjoyed them. The salmon was perfectly poached, the steak juicy and tender and the chili chicken has a scrumptious sauce! The apple pie was the dessert winner!
