okay so i just ordered food and we’ve been waiting for over 45 minutes for our food. it said it was on its way and we even called 2 times no answer. actually absurd

Ordered Hawaiian Pizza but changed the ham for chicken and wanted onions as an extra. Pizza was way over cooked. The ham was still on it and ZERO pineapple. Called to advise and they couldn’t understand what I was saying and kept going round in circles asking what I would like to order when I clearly said I had collected the order already and got home to find it all wrong and overcooked. Communication needs a lot of work!

I think this might be the worst papa johns in Canada. I'm pretty sure they are paying people/having their family members to leave good reviews.
Ordered pizza tonight at 5:58 got an email at 6:20 saying it was delivered didn’t get the cold pizza till 715 I’m pretty sure they are doing that on purpose so there delivery times don’t look as bad as the are I called to get hen to come back and refund m money but was told they are to busey and will give me a discount next time. I’ll never order here again I’ve ordered few times form this location and every time same experience and we also have got sick one time from this place. Terrible quality terrible customer service can’t believe they are still open and the chain lets these people run it. Still want my money back but I guess they are to busy
