I think this might be the worst papa johns in Canada. I'm pretty sure they are paying people/having their family members to leave good reviews.

Ordered pizza tonight at 5:58 got an email at 6:20 saying it was delivered didnāt get the cold pizza till 715 Iām pretty sure they are doing that on purpose so there delivery times donāt look as bad as the are I called to get hen to come back and refund m money but was told they are to busey and will give me a discount next time. Iāll never order here again Iāve ordered few times form this location and every time same experience and we also have got sick one time from this place. Terrible quality terrible customer service canāt believe they are still open and the chain lets these people run it. Still want my money back but I guess they are to busy

We went there for the second time and got the large meats pizza at the location ,it was excellent and the taste was top notch, the employees at the location were very Friendly and hooked me up with some great deal, will definitely visit

Order the food for 930 brought it to me at 730 before my guests have arrived. What good is that.
Ordered and paid online. The order went through, and when the delivery driver arrived, he stated I still needed to pay my bill.I called the location and received terrible customer service. I was told that they didn't control the app, so I needed to pay again. Even the receipt the delivery driver showed me said the balance was $0.00.To top it off, the pizza and jalapeƱo bites were cold.Will be using Pizza Hut moving forward.

I made a mistake on my online order and accidentally ordered two of the same pizzas. When I got there to pick it up and discovered my mistake they were super understanding. Even though they had already made both pizzas they made my other one on the spot. Great service and great people here.
